it was the last day wonwoo would ever wake up in the adoption center again.

he took his time to get out of his bed before realizing he wasn't in little space, again. wonwoo wondered if his stress had gone away since mingyu came.

but he didn't want to believe that, yet. he didn't want to believe mingyu would love him little or not, because his self confidence wasn't as well as others.

wonwoo so desperately wanted to boost up his confidence, but he didn't know how. he loved when jeonghan helped him with it, but he'll be gone soon, and jeonghan would be gone for a while as well.

he slowly went to the bathroom and brushed his teeth. wonwoo looked exhausted like always in the mirror, but his eyebags were gradually fading away.

he was attacked by a hug to the face, by jeonghan. there were tears on the man's face, "miss me."

wonwoo laughed and nodded into his shoulder, "of course, why wouldn't i?"

"you're leaving this afternoon.." jeonghan declared. he separated from the hug and looked at the boy lovingly.

then wonwoo was left alone again. he didn't want to cry about leaving since he was used to always crying about not being adopted.

the boy hopped his way into the kitchen, seeing seungcheol. "hi cheol!" the said boy waved to wonwoo and smiled lightly. he looked tired, but it was the norm anyway.

"i'm leaving soon. want a hug?" seungcheol nodded happily and walked into wonwoo's arms. they stayed like that for a minute until the silence was cut.

the sound of the front door opening startled them both. recently, there was a new added little to the daycare. he was quiet but soon felt the need to fit in and laugh with everyone.

his name was.. actually, wonwoo didn't remember. he'll just have to say bye to him later on. seungcheol smiled again and left the kitchen with his cereal bowl in hand.

wonwoo whispered bye and went to go see who was at the front door. he crept behind the wall and peered in, seeing jeonghan and a weird looking man. the man looked young, actually. maybe even younger than wonwoo himself.

he went out from behind the wall and stood next to jeonghan, pulling on his jacket.

"yes?" jeonghan whispered softly.

"who's that?" jeonghan didn't answer and only smiled at wonwoo before going back to talking to the customer.

"alright, so who do you think is a good fit for you? here are their profiles." jeonghan displayed his ipad to the man and smiled, again.

the man thought about it, but it didn't take long before he spotted a cute boy. "i'll take him.."

jeonghan took the ipad back and went into the hallway, spotting the extra room, with a certain umbrella painted on the door.

it was hyunjoon's room. hyunjoon wasn't really a little, he just regressed when he felt like it.

he knocked on the door gently before the door opened, revealing a messy haired boy. "hi?"

wonwoo smiled lightly. "hi joon. it's my last day here so i wanted to say byebye."

"oh. bye.. hope you found a good person!" hyunjoon exclaimed, poking wonwoo's cheek lightly. wonwoo chuckled and let the boy go back to doing his thing.

hyunjoon's room was soon approached by jeonghan and the "weird" man. the man sort of resembled a squirrel in a way.

wonwoo went back to his room and stared at the emptiness.
