Chapter-1. Another Dimension

It was Sunday , the morning sun was shining brightly in the sky , Everyone was doing their own jobs , the rays were reflecting to a mountain named X-zone
A girl with long black hair tied in a pony tail wearing a purple denim jacket on a black tank top and a lighter shade of purple skirt with pink rubber sneakers was standing with her hands crossed and tantrumed ,"ugh, can sho ever come on time?"
A boy with blue hair wearing a yellow with white strips and blue sleeves shirt and a dark green pair of pants with an orange side pocket bag named Kakeru said,"Makoto do you think that sho will miss this important race"
"Ahh, he is such a dumbo b-" makoto was interrupted mid sentence

Another boy in black riding suit with black spikes standing on a boulder with Four boys behind him , The raven head said annoyed "where is your sho?"

A pink haired boy wearing an orange cardigan over an maroon shirt with black shorts , simply hopping on his bicycle behind makoto and kakeru with confidence said "if sho didn't came on time , this training ground automatically will be ours, shark tooth members ground"

That sentence provoked makoto she with gleam of confidence in her eyes said ,"Today, if sho didn't came on time I'll race with them"
Kakeru confronted nervously,"Are-are you sure makoto?"
Makoto assured,"Don't worry, I've learnt cycling skills from my brother"

At the moment a boy with brown hair and blonde bangs wearing a red cardigan over a white shirt , grey shorts with white stripes and black shoes , riding on a red bike named Flame Kaiser came into view ,
The chestnut performed a Bunny Hop and approached his friends makoto and kakeru

Sho with full of his enthusiasm exclaimed,"No fear, The man of the hour is here" but was cut mid sentence when makoto yelled ,"Are you even real , how can you be this late for such an important race" .

Kakeru said,"We came here as early as possible"

Apparantly this race was for X-Zone the Training ground, X-zone was made by sho's dad , they believe when he was making X-zone the ground collapsed and he fell into it but no one ever found his body

The pink haired boy came towards sho and said,"So you are Sho Yamato , I am Gabu Samejima , so "friend" Do you want to join our team , you can come anytime in x-zone to practice but first you have to take my permission"

Sho refused and said,"No I don't think so this deal will work out , We will do our race"

While setting up the bikes Makoto's eyesight caught attention to gabu's bike and she asked,"which bike does he got?"

Kakeru observed carefully and replied,"This is an fantastic bike and it goes incredibly fast on downhills "

The race between sho and Gabu begins

Both of them were competing perfectly but at a moment Gabu took the lead , sho recovered the distance between the track and both of the riders were on equal distance

Makoto cheered,"come on sho , you can do it"

Kakeru also joined and cheered," go sho!"

Gabu glanced at the bike of the chestnut and curiously asked,"which bike do you have?"

Sho confidently replied,"This is Flame Kaiser , my father made it for me"
Gabu sarcastically smirked,"are you trying to scare me with the name"

Gabu was still on the lead and sho was not behind either but in the middle of the track a dark purplish fog arises , sho was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't noticed but gabu's speed was so high that he couldn't breaked in time and the fog took him inside(?), The chestnut snapped out of his thought and saw the fog, he thought,"what is this?" But his balance was unstable and he crashed into the fog

Everyone saw the race and was processing what happened , in a snap a strange dark cloud appeared, in which they were trapped and screamed in fear when it took them to another dimension.

Sho opened his eyes and the first thing he saw when he got up was the rubble of a strange and desolate place, which he did not remember ever having stepped on.

Confused, he shook Kakeru and Makoto to wake them up, which he accomplished in a few seconds. Kakeru adjusted his glasses and was also perplexed to see where they were.

-Where are we? asked Makoto.

"I don't think so it's a nice place," Sho said.

-Are you mountain bikers? asked a huge, overweight man, dressed in black, wearing goggles and spiky black hair.

Sho pinched Kakeru's right cheek with the pathetic excuse of checking it wasn't a dream, so the bluehead got upset and yelled at him to pinch himself.

The man realized that they had recently arrived in Zone X. Hearing that name surprised the young men, especially Sho, who began to demand explanations, since he did not understand a word of what the men were talking about. Not even his friends understood. The man in black did not want to respond and challenged him to an "Idaten battle".

That left them even more confused.

-What is an Idaten battle? Sho asked.

"We don't have to explain," said the man arrogantly

"Stop", yelled a third voice

Everyone turned around to see the owner of the voice , to see a boy appeared to be on a large piece of glass , who wore a black and yellow suit with a long white cape, and his head was covered by a white helmet with yellow designs and a turquoise visor

"WHO ARE YOU?", the man in black said totally annoyed at the interruption

It's not fair that you confront the newcomers when they don't know what's going on here," the boy spoke

He explained that they were in a different world from the one young people used to. No one knew about the creation of X Zone, and he said, in a rude tone, that those men were also ignorant, which managed to upset the chief.

"We were trapped in this dimension, being enveloped in a dark cloud,

Sho remembered the cloud that engulfed them in full competition with their rival.

"So the bikers who arrive here are forced to participate in the Idaten battle, putting their emblems at risk," the boy explained. The winners have the right to keep the emblems of the losers; those who continue to win and collect all ten golden emblems are the only ones who will be able to return to the world where they belong.

-Enough, I'm tired of listening to you! the chief spat angrily, then turned to Sho. Make up your mind once and for all, will you accept the challenge?"

The brunette and his friends still looked puzzled. However, Sho readily agreed to have a battle with the boss, without listening to the advice of his friends, who looked at him like he was a hopeless case

He picked up his bike from the ground and seemed very confident to have that battle, so the boss laughed as he considered him a very naive boy. He ordered his team to pull out the special drive, which drew laughter from the young masked boy , who branded him a coward and little man. The cheif was upset and seemed that he wanted to hit him , but ignored and ordered another device to be taken out.

Kakeru, Sho and Makoto looked at the device confused, they did not know how to use it. At that, the boy from earlier walked towards the drive , attracting the attention of a curious Makoto. The young man taught them how to use the drive launcher ,

-It's awesome! Sho exclaimed enthusiastically.

-I want to try it! Kakeru exclaimed in the same way.

The boy fixed his eyes on Makoto when he felt that she did not take her eyes off him. And she murmured "he seems a lot like my brother ?"
