Chapter three: Time Travel

I just sat there looking at the watch for five minutes straight. I was deciding whether it was real or fake. My mom then called me to dinner I put the watch down and hobbled to the dinning room. I'm guessing my mom didn't hear my conversation with the time goddess because she didn't ask why I was in the office i'm guessing she didn't even know I was in the office. I sat through dinner in silence hoping that my mom wouln't ask me how my day wen or anything because I really wasn't in the mood plus I wanted to hurry up so I could go back to the watch. But that wasn't the case... "so how was your day sweetie". "It was good you know same old same old" "That's good". I hurried and finished my dinner did all my chores and quickly went back to the office where I saw that shiny watch sitting there on the desk I went and sat down on the office chair. I grabbed the watch held it in my hand had my finger on the button to go backwards in time. But before I could press it my dad walked in.

I quickly hid the watch before he could see it. "Hey sweetie so I heared your school dance is on Friday and guess what I have a surprise close your eyes." I closed my eyes and I felt something being placed on my lap. I opened my eyes and saw a gorgeous purple silk flowy dress. "Oh my gosh dad its beautiful its... I have no words thank you". I leaned forward and hugged him "where did you get this dress." "Its was your aunt Mikaylas" I felt tear start to come to my eyes because my aunt had passed away a month ago. But I pushed the tears back and hugged my dad. My dad then left I put the dress to the side and grabbed the stop watch. I put my finger on the button to go back in time and pressed and away I went.
