Oh no, he is approaching us, and I don't want to face him, cause If I will then I don't know how would I react....

I close my eyes, thinking what do I do now? I am so embarrassed and angry. He must have seen my photo on matrimonial site, so definitely he will know that it is me whom he met this afternoon. Oh god.. I should have left this party.. or I should have informed my friend about this creep...!!

Yeah... I always share everything with my friends. I even show them photo of a boy, whom I suppose to meet, But this time it was Kiara's birthday party and all my friends were busy, so I didn't tell them  anything about my meeting. They don't even know a bit about what had happened with me earlier?

As my friends know my mom very well, they all support me. But now I don't have time to explain things and what's the worst part is, the boy turns out to be my best friend's cousin. Wow.. God..  why me?

I open my eyes, observe my friends. Everyone is busy looking at him.  I have to leave before that arrogant reaches near the table,I quickly unlock my phone and give a missed call to my mom.

As expected, Within a second she calls me back, I get up saying, "excuse me" and start walking towards the door. As I am no longer interested to know what is happening there. My phone is still ringing so I almost run to move out of the entrance and shut the door behind me.

Heaving a long sigh of relief, I just stand near the porch railing in a way that my back faces the hall door. After inhaling deeply I pick up the phone, " hey mom, where are you?" "At the garden.." she answers in brief.

"okay mom, I just wanted to inform you that I am going home as I have eaten the cake too much, I am not hungry anymore...so..." I said in a one breath... I can feel that my mom is surprised. She asks, "are you not going to stay here for long with your buddies?" I rest my elbow on a porch railing and reply, "I don't think so, I am so tired"

She sighs,"hmmm..okay.. take care while driving and call me when you reach at our place, okay? " she hangs up.. I am about to turn when I hear, "hey, where are you going?" It is Kiara's voice.

I close my eyes in annoyance, I don't want to look back, what if that jerk will be there, but I can't ask Kiara about him, otherwise she will start asking me stupid questions loudly...

So I turn back hesitantly and to my surprise all my friends are standing at the door including Aarav. I feel sharp pain in my stomach, as I look at him from the corner of my eyes, I gulp the saliva, and look at Kiara who is standing first, the light is very bright in the porch, It's impossible to hide my expressions. I bite my lower lip and reply, "sorry dear, but I have to go home. I am not feeling well today."

I look down at the floor, I can feel stares of all my friends, at this time I want to dig in the floor and hide myself in it. It is so embarrassing..

Anurag steps forward and snatches my purse and says, "okay you can go.. but without your purse." I was about to say "cool.. " But then it clicks in my stupid mind that my car key is in my purse. I look at him with pleading eyes and request, "please Anu, give me back my purse and let me go."

Anurag replies shrugging, "no one is insisting you to stay, you can go...right friends?"

To that Tina asks somewhat angrily, "what happened, Why are you behaving so strange today?"
