This is more for at home but its still helpfull

Its ok if your cg lives somewhere else, you can still regress and be little without them actually being there. Its hard I know, I sorta have a long distance cg who helps me out until I find someone who would be a permanent cg for me. I just sorta say in a message something along the lines of "im smol" , "Im baby" , or something else similar and they understand what I mean. they just sorta talk to me and i end up going cause im hungry or something. This ight not help out a whole bunch but it helps me a little bit.
