"Channie... we need to talk" Felix said as he inched closer to the older.

"Sure Lix, what's going on?" Chan closed his laptop before directing his attention to Felix.

The boy sat down on the couch, looking down at Chan's hand.

"The bracelet...."

"Hm? Yup, told ya I never take it off" he smiled to the younger.

Felix smiled at him.

"Chan..."

"Ya?"

"You love me... right?"

"You know I do. Is something wrong?" He asked with concern as he leaned closer to the boy.

"I have something to tell you... but I don't want you angry with me...." Felix looked down as he played with the hem of his hoodie.

Chan reached for Felix's hands, holding them in his.

"Baby, I could never be angry at you. What's wrong?" He looked into his eyes.

Felix took a deep breathe before speaking.

"You know how I've told you... I've been tired... the last weeks... because of dance...and too tired for sex....?"

"Ya...?"

"I lied..."

"Lied?"

"Yes... my body is accustomed to dance now... so I'm not as tired... but I made it up...."

"Made it up? Why?"

"Because.... I've been dieting..."

"Dieting?? Why?? I haven't noticed-"

"I've been wearing layers... and avoiding sex... so you wouldn't find out..."

"What? Felix, how much weight have you lost?"

Felix looked down, staying quiet.

"Felix, I'm not gonna ask again" Chan said sternly this time.

"...25 lbs..."

"Felix?! That's not healthy to lose that much weight that fast. Wait... that explains why you haven't been eating as much...."

" I know Channie... I'm sorry... I just wanted to lose more weight to be perfect for dance class..." Felix started to tear up.

"Lix, you are already perfect and beautiful the way you are. You were at a healthy weight as it is, ok?" Chan said reaching to cup his cheek.

Felix nodded in return.

Chan sighed before speaking up again.

"Lix, stand up for me"

"Huh? Why?"

"Let me check you"

"Channie you don't-"

"Felix, up. Now" Chan said in a more demanding tone as he motioned for Felix to get up.

Felix whined before doing as told.

"Take off your hoodie"

"Channie-"

"Felix, don't make me repeat myself please"

Felix sighed before taking off his sweatshirt. Only to reveal a long sleeve underneath.

"Take that off too"

Felix followed Chan's instructions of taking off the long sleeve, showing now he had a black T shirt underneath that as well.
