Just the beginning. Literally

Courtney went shopping with her husband Duncan. They were shopping for groceries because of a contagious flu. Called the Derma flu. As they had finished shopping, Courtney was loading the groceries into the car when she noticed her Husbands phone buzzing with texts. Texts from Duncans coworker. Gwen. Courtney just ignored them. "Its just from work" Courtney thought. As she was almost done loading she saw one message that made time freeze. It read. "I missed you, Babe." Courtney could not believe it. She finished up loading groceries then made her move. "Hey duncan". She said trying to not sound upset. "Yeah what's wrong" Duncan said."So tell me How hot Is your coworker Gwen?". Looking Nervous he replied "Her? Nah she's not you." "Honey she is just my coworker Theres nothing going on". Courtney stared then pulled out Duncans phone with messages from Gwen . "Wow I dont think Gwen thinks so" "I wonder why she called you "Babe". Courntey said trying to seem more angry than upset. "Court let me ex- "No Duncan" Courtney replied cutting Duncan off. Before Duncan replied Courtney got out still with Duncans phone, she then got out if the car and walked off to a bus stop. Duncan knew when Courtney was upset she wouldn't talk. Duncan drove off knowing he would try and talk to her later on.

Courtney sat waiting for a bus home. Well not to her home but to her freind Bridgettes home. She knew Duncan would be at her house waiting. As Courtney waited for a bus she held duncans phone still buzzing with messages from Gwen. Since Courtney knew Duncans password She got in to see all their conversations. "Hey Duncan want to meet up later?" Gwen texted. "Hello you haven't responded but you read this " Gwen texted yet again. "Gosh she is clingy" Courtney thought. Courtney then decided to text back: "Hello this is Duncans wife courtney, why have you been texteing my husband?" Courtney texted to Gwen. "What! Duncan told me he was single and was lonely so we started dating! We've been dating for 4 months!" Gwen texted back fast. Courtney was in shock. But before Courtney could reply the bus came. "Finally!" As Courtney got on she saw a familiar face. " ...Gwen?."

...Gwen?" Courtney said as she saw Gwen. Gwen nodded patting the seat. Courtney sat down still in shock. "Gwen? " Courtney replied. "Hi so I'm in very much shock from what I heard". "Wait is it true?" Courtney said. "Yes apparently he told me he was single I had no clue." Courtney then had an idea, but she would have to investigate later on. Courtney ripped a piece of paper from her work book then wrote her phone number. "Here". "Text me." Then Courtney got off to her stop looking at Gwen hiding her phone tapping it. She then walked off. .....she would find out when and why her husband was with gwen and never mentioned His wife.
