As Izuku looks at the garbage filled Takoba Beach, he took out his silver briefcase and opens it up revealing the gi of one Goku and Future Gohan wore. The green haired boy took off his shirt and got on the blue weighted undershirt which Midoriya had a hard time adjusting the weights of the clothes. He began to lift the small trash and moving it around and cleaning it. This was the 1st month before the Exams.
Izuku Thinking: 'Arrggh! These weights are hard to adapt. How can Gohan-san and his father are able to maneuver in this stuff?!'
Future Gohan telepathy: "Simple. You are still in a state where you rely on your muscles. You have to rely on your ki and then tap into it to bring it to life."

As Izuku's training of releasing his ki and full potential, Future Gohan and Future Goku decides that it's time to teach the green haired boy how to fly, control his ki, and see if it is possible to take him to the Room of Spirit and Time. 2 months later, Izuku was learning quite fast and adapting to the weights of his clothes, sensing ki, kame sen 'nin ryū style as well as learning the devastating techniques... Kamehameha Wave, Makankōsappō (Special Beam Cannon), Masenkō (Demon Flash), and Kaiōken. Inko was shocked that her son was becoming confident in himself and he was not the same little boy who adores All Might. After seeing her son bring out boxes taking down his All Might collectibles, posters and even the action figures. Something was wrong about this and it made Inko wondered if Izuku's dreams of becoming a hero was just... a dream.
4 months later, Izuku's progress is extraordinary and he can now use his full strength. After spending time with cleaning the Takoba Beach, Izuku was finishing up the beach without heavy breathing and fatigue as his ki rose to new heights. But as he was picking up the garbage at the beach and honing his skills, a skeletal All Might was watching this with a shock and regret. Shock that it was the same kid who was almost killed by the Sludge villain. Regret of telling him that he cannot be a hero without a quirk and told him to become a police officer. He then sees the kid in a stance that was very odd.
All Might Thinking: 'I deeply regret of saying to him that he couldn't become a hero without a quirk. Because, I too was quirkless when my master was the 7th wielder Of One For All. I should have been able to tell him about my quirk and now I decided to give OFA to young Bakugō.'
