Chapter 4
(Scarlett’s POV)
Finally, school is over; I think I saw the girl with ocean blue eyes in some of my classes, but then again I’m not sure. I guess tomorrow I’ll just have to pay closer attention. To be honest I’m kind of hoping that I run into her again...just to see those gorgeous ocean blue eyes again. Ugh, I kind of wanna go out with some of my friends, but sadly I can’t because I have no friends. Well, I suppose I can always go annoy my older brother. My brother and I are really close cause our parents are horrible and my older brother basically had to raise me and protect me from them; he has to protect me from them when they are drunk cause they get abusive..he always takes the hits so that way I stay unharmed. I love him so much and I’m so happy that I have a older brother like him. If I didn’t..I don’t even wanna know what would have happened to me all these years. I’m going to go see if he’s in his room. “Phoenix! I’m bored talk to meeee”
“ Don’t you go out with your friends for once..?”
“You should know by now that I don’t have any..”
“Then make some Scarlett”
“I’m too flipping awkward for that!”
“Okay good point”
“Wanna play a game..? Or go out to skate or something?”
“Sorry can’t sis..I’m going out with my friends tonight”
“Aw, okay. I’ll figure something else out then bye bro”
“Cya later sis”
I guess I’ll just get my homework done and get some sleep *sighs*
