Zenitsu POV

I was walking to school when I heard someone yell out my name, I turned around and saw tanjiro running towards me, waving.

"Eh?! T-tanjiro!" I yelled out as he stopped right in front of me, "hey! I didn't see you after school yeste- woah!! What happened zenitsu?!?" As he was about to ask me why haven't I met up with him to hang out, he saw all my bruises and Bandages. "O-oh! U-Um I-it's nothing at all.. " I reassure him but he wasn't taking it.

"Who did this?! Zenitsu.. you know you could tell me.." he grabbed my shoulders, tears over fill my eyes as I let them roll down my cheeks. "N-nothings wrong... you don't need to worry about me..." I sniffled, pushing his hands off my shoulders. "I-I" I choked on my sobs.

"I need to go..." I started walking away, then I felt him grab my hand, I shook his hand away. And then I start to run, why am I running? I kept asking myself  but never answered myself.

Why am I running away?
