Cassie's pov______________

I got dressed into a nice outfit for the date. This is going to be really nice, we never get to go out anymore. Especially when I am going to be busy with half of Sibuna together. Only people that are missing are Alfie and Patricia. I think we will get them involved soon. 

We went to a fancy restaurant. 

"So how are things with your sister?" I asked. 

"She keeps making my life a living hell, but Mara has been helping" he said.

"Helping in what way?" I asked curious. I am not jealous. 

"Mara is hanging out with her" he said.

"That's cute" I said.

"Yeah, but hey can I tell you something?" he asked.

I nod "Of course" I said.

"I found out that my dad is in prison here, like he is not far at all, I wanted to go see him, will you come with me tomorrow at lunch?" he asked. 

"Yeah, I'd love to meet your dad" I smiled and we kissed. 

Our food came and we talked and ate. Then we went for desert at this amazing desert place. 

"Tonight has been fun" I smiled. 

"I love it when it is just us and no one else around" he said and I nod. 

"Yeah, I know, it's nice to get away from everyone" I said.

"What happened last year.." he began to say.

"Didn't happen, we all agreed to never speak of it again" I cut him out. 

"Yeah I know, just how are you feeling about all of that?" he asked. 

"Honestly I haven't given it much though, he is dead to me" I said.

We finished desert and left the place walking back to Anubis house. 

We talked more until we heard a branch snap.

"What was that?" I asked.

"Probably nothing" Jerome said and we continue to walk. 

Once we got to the house we kissed and wet to our beds.
