Chapter 4

Yiren POV

Sun rays and birds chirping at Yiren's 'peaceful' morning. She woke up because of the sun shining on her face. Yiren checked her phone.

9:56 AM

Holy God Jihyo! Why did I wake up this late?

I dashed to the bathroom to have a quick shower I wore a black shirt and pants and tucked it with my white sneakers. I dried my hair and I heard a knock at my door. (A/N: knock, knock, knock at my door)

"Coming!" I yelled and finally finished. I went downstairs and opened the door revealing a tall figure's back and I already knew who it was.

"Sorry if you waited!" I said locking the door behind me and turned around seeing Yoorim. Yoorim was wearing a white hoodie and Adidas pants. I never thought that she would be more beautiful.

"Oh no, It's okay. Let's go then." She said and smiled at me. She went to her car and I followed her. She opened the door for me and I went inside and sat down while she jogged and went to the driver's seat. The ride was a bit awkward since we haven't know each other yet.

Minutes passed by and we arrived at a restaurant. She got out and went to my side opening the door I blushed because she's such a gentleman.

"Thank you..." I mumbled barely her to hear. She smiled and we went inside the restaurant.

We sat beside the window and she sat opposite to me.

"Hmm... What do you want?" She asked looking at the menu.

I shrugged. "I don't know, it's up to you. As long as it's food." I said making her chuckle.

3rd Person POV

Yoorim raised her hand as a sign to call a waiter. She pointed out some foods and the waiter nodded and left.

"So, how's life?" Yoorim started which made Yiren bring back to reality. "O-Oh.. It's..fine. I live alone and sometimes I went to Mia's house."

Yoorim titled her head sign of confusion.  "Who's Mia?"

"She's a friend of mine. To be honest, she's like a sister to me ever since we're born." The puppy said remembering the past. Yoorim smiled and nodded. "How about yours..?" Yiren asked.

Yoorim sighed. "Well yeah, it's always the same. Living a life and doing some business." The latter said.

As they talked, the food has finally arrived. Time passed by and the two are getting along about all they fought about. Soon after, it's getting kinda late.

"Uhm... Yiren do you want to bring you back home? It's getting kind off... Late. I just want you to be safe."

"It's okay Yoorim, I can handle myself," Yiren said refusing to the older but the older shook her head. "C'mon Yiren-ah. You know what could happen to you."

Yiren sighed and gave up. She can't resist someone like Yoorim who's caring like a caring girlfriend. Time passed by and Yiren got home safely thanks to Yoorim. "Well, Uhm... Thank you Yoorim. Be safe okay?" Yiren said and Yoorim smiled at her.

She's so caring. Yoorim thought.

"Well, see you then?" Yoorim said and went to her car. Yiren went inside and watched Yoorim drive off. 

She heaved a sigh and went to the bathroom to refresh her mind. Whenever she's with Yoorim, she feels something was in her stomach which is weird to her. She shrugged the thought off and remembered that she has a date tomorrow with her best friend. She excitedly plopped herself in the bed and grabbed her phone to text Mia.

Yiren turned off her phone and smiled like an idiot seeing the message that was sent from her bestfriend. She can't sleep due to her excitement and another weird feeling from her stomach. Yiren then finally felt sleepy and still think of her bestfriend and last thing she knew that she fell into her sweet dreamland.
