Lahara POV
We rush to that accursed mountain. I was looking around the ship when I heard sobbing. I opened the maintenance door to find Clara in a corner.
"Clara? Are you alright?" I ask. She looks up startled.
"Y-yea?" she asked me.
"You sure?"
"N-no. I just... I knew Luke from before. He gave me a life. I followed until the moment I was on that mountain. That hideous mountain."
"Look. You don't have to come, but I will get him back. He will be back soon. It's alright." I say. She is still crying. "Come here. Gemme a hug." I say spreading out my arms. She rushes forwards and we embrace for a long while. I finally hear a voice.
"We are approaching the mountain. All who are going main land to the deck please!"
"Got to go. Come if you want. I'm sure Jack will like that." She smiles and we run up to the deck. We lean over the edge to try and get a look.
I see two figures. One runs off, leaving the other to carry the weight of the sky.
We land soon after. We all rush off and have one mind. One group splits off to find the figure that ran off. That consists of: Leo, Terra, Kyle, and Maya. I forgot to say that Kyle and Maya are Jack's Egyptian friends. It's all with someone named Amethyst. I don't know. Anywho, the second team went see who was holding up the sky. It was my team with: Me (of coarse), Clara, Lucas, and Jack.
We saw a terrifying sight. Luke, holding up the sky. We rush forward and I took the weight. It was crushing me. How could Percy do this? At age thirteen?!
"Lahara let me take it." Jack said.
"No I am strong enough. I can do it."
"No one doubts that but don't you want to be there for him?"
"Fine." He took it and I sat with Luke's head on my lap. I started to slowly stroke his hair. Finally, the rest came with Atlas slugging behind. We got him to take the weight again and returned to the ship.
We really need Will. Luke has a burning fever and the only way he seems to sleep peacefully is with his head on my lap. I decide to tell Jack to teleport back to camp and grab Will. Jack has been gone for a day now, I can't even get up without Luke busting into a fit, and Lucas is worried out of his mind. I can tell. I've figured out how to make his body believe I was there, so I could do important work like going to the bathroom, eating, and the most important... read. I got the Ancient Greek translation of the Hunger Games trilogy. Why not sleep? Well, I can't stay focused on something in sleep so I had to sleep with Luke's head on my lap. The one time I managed to fall I sleep, I had a nightmare. I had a nightmare about Luke not waking up ever. That was just now.
Jack woke me with Will. Will says he could wake up anytime. He will be staying the rest of the trip.
Hey, I know I haven't updated in forever but I had writers block. I'm getting more on track. Hey so I'm thinking about a prophecy. You write one and PM me and you get a dedication a long with some other prize. Peace out, Warriors.
