"Bloody hell now what do we do?" asked Ron.
"We should find a place to lay low and discuss what we should do." suggested Hermione.
"How about there?" I said pointing to an empty cafe.
We walked over to the cafe and all ordered a coffee so we could stay in there for a bit. The lady went into the back to make our orders.
"How did they get through our defenses without us noticing?" I asked.
"I don't know either." stated Hermione. Ron shrugged his shoulder.
"Did you hear what Kingsley's patronus said though? That Percy and Snape led the attack on the ministry." said Ron while glancing at Hermione when he said Percy's name.
"I'm not surprised Voldemort had them do it, they are both really powerful wizards who must be highly trusted by him. It makes sense to have them lead his forces if he wasn't going to go himself." explained Hermione.
"So we should probably start with this R.A.B. person." I said.
Two men walked into the cafe and walked past where we were sitting. They went over to the counter but I saw them glance at us and whisper. I reached for my wand and I saw my friends do the same.
Before I knew what happened I was pushed out of the way by Ron as an Avada Kedavra hit the spot I was sitting at.
"Thanks." I said and received a nod in return.
The two men had jumped behind the counter and we flipped over some tables to hide behind.
"What do we do Hermione?" asked Ron.
"We should be able to take them, it's two against three." she said confidently.
I peeked over the table and saw one of the Death Eaters do the same at the same time.
"Stupefy!" My spell hit its target and the Death Eater fell unconscious.
The other Death Eater sent an Expulso curse at Hermione, but Ron blocked it with a Protego charm and got knocked back. Hermione sent a quick stupefy and went to go check on Ron. He got up and we walked over the the unconscious wizards.
"Ron help me sit them back to back." He nodded while dragging one of the Death Eaters over and we sat them up leaning against each other.
"Incarcerous" I said and ropes appeared binding them together.
"What do we do know? What happens if they wake up?" asked Ron.
"We wipe their memories." said Hermione.
"Ron get the lights, I'll lock the door." I said walking over to the door. Ron pulled out his deluminator and took out all the lights.
"Obliviate." said Hermione wiping both Death Eater's memories. Then the waitress came out with the drinks and saw the place was a mess. She dropped the cups in shock.
"W-what happened here? Who are you kids and why are these men tied up? I'm calling the police." she said nervously while backing away.
"Ma'am, don't worry everything is going to be ok." I said slowly walking towards her.
"S-stay awa-"
"Stupefy." said Ron as the woman fell unconscious.
"Ron! You can't just do that!" yelled Hermione.
"I panicked! What were we supposed to do?" he asked.
"It's fine, we should just wipe her memories too and fix up her shop." I said looking at the now destroyed cafe.
