Hi ya!

What are you doing these days btw? Quarantine seem so to bring out the creativity in people. Some of my friends are popping up new DIY things.

Me on the other hand...not so much. 😅

But of course at least I learnt to cook something besides Maggie and omelette lol. So yeah, progress is progress...little or more. 😂

Moving on...💃💃 💃

Something's Rotten in the Night

"Are we there yet?"

"No Laksh."

5mins later...

"Now?" He watched as she turned around and glared at him. "Sorry. But patience hasn't been my strong point ever since birth."

"I bet that's why you were born earlier than necessary. You should have been 10 judging by your obnoxiousness."

Laksh chuckled. "That's not exactly a bad idea. Then I won't have to get married right now."

Ragini raised an eyebrow. "Come again?"

"Long story short. I came out here hoping my mother would be worried enough about me to listen to my refusal to marry. I never believed there would be a ghost anyway."

His words earned him an eye roll from Ragini.

"That's why you were quaking like a leaf before me? Waaaaaow!"

"Do you always have to be sarcastic? You hurt my ego more than I have ever experienced in my entire life! You've even left Sanskar behind in insulting me

"Do you always have to be sarcastic? You hurt my ego more than I have ever experienced in my entire life! You've even left Sanskar behind in insulting me."

Ragini shrugged with a grin. "Why thank you. I'm flattered."

Laksh stopped to stare at her.

There it was again...the tugging at his heart. Her face seemed to light up as she grinned at him. Her grin made his heart filled with happiness.

"Anyways, we are almost there. I...I think I mean. I'm sure this was the place. Hmm..." she twisted her lips in uncertainty.

"Don't...don't do that."

Ragini turned to look at him. "Do what?"

"Don't frown. You should smile more often. You look beautiful when smiling. And when you smile, your face looks ethereal. It makes my heart want to leap out and capture that moment forever. Because in that moment, my heart feels the happiest." Laksh didn't know what came over him but he couldn't help but admit it out loud. His thoughts seemed to flow out in words, like the lyrics of a song harmonizing after one another.
