The snow has just settled down, the air clear and cold. Yet that didn't let the young wolv shiver since he was used to it.
Quietly standing behind a tree he leaned a bit to the side to eye an elk boy who was looking through the bushes for some food. It was quite a distance, the younger ones intention was to not be seen by the other. Still he craved for the other ones attention so badly. But he couldn't. Chan would literally kill him. Or even both.
Drifting off, the orange brownish haired boy was caught off guard, a hand laying on his shoulder."Spying on Hyunjin again, ain't we? ~" a familiar voice said.
Being startled the boy turned around, back leaning against the tree he was hidden behind. Laying a hand on his torso he looked up to the other."Oh my god- Seungmin, you scared me!", he took a deep breath, relieved leaning his head back against the bark.
"Well first off, you shouldn't be around here anyways. Second, if you're out here at least be aware of your surroundings. If Chan sneaks up next time this won't end good."
If there was one thing Jeongin hated, it was being scolded. But Seungmin just wanted the best for him. He knew that and was more than happy he wasn't like Chan." I know, I know... It's just.. ", a deep exhale exited the youngers mouth. "Sorry, I'll be more careful next time..."
" I hope you'll do. It's gonna get very messy if Chan finds out. Now, let's get back. We got everything for dinner."
He agreed and followed the older one through the thick snow back to their cabin._____________________________
POV Hyunjin________________Not being as inattentive Hyunjin knew about the presence of the young wolve. It's not hard to spot lurkers after the snow settled down and everything is quiet and calm. Out of amusement he wouldn't let the young wolve know that he was aware of being watched from afar.
After some time of looking through the woods for some berries and other goods, the proud elk headed back home.
Opening the door he stepped in and put down his thick fur coat, hanging it on the hanger."I'm back." he said into the room, heated by a stone fireplace.
"Welcome back! Been successful I suppose?"
A black haired elk stepped out of the kitchen, leaning in the doorframe. Arms crossed he looked at Hyunjin, smiling."Quite. I wasn't the first one today.", passing the older to the kitchen he began to sort in his belongings from the forest.
"Oh let me guess. You were spyed on again?"
A smile forced its way on Hyunjins face.
"Yeah... Hey Woojin." closing the Cupboards door he turned around, leaning back onto the kitchen facing the other one.
"You think he would let him do his own thing?""You know how stubborn he is. He wouldn't let Jeongin do his own thing. Especially since there's new trouble around." Woojin got up, making some tea.
"Oh you mean those two wolve packs roaming around?" his eyes dropped down to the floor, arms crossed.
"Exactly. It surprises me he let him out without coming along... ."
"Seungmin was there with him. He's protective, not as harsh as Chan though."
Placing two cups of hot tea on the table Woojin sat down, sighted quietly.
"If he wasn't that stubborn.. It bugs me.."After a short silence Hyunjin also sat down, cupping the hot tea with his hands, starin at it.
"Whatever. There's nothing we can do to change his mind."Looking up to Hyunjin he let out a sight again, taking a sip. He hated to see him like this. Defeated. But it's true, what should they do now. They couldn't change Chans mind, as much as he loved to.
