7 | Wet hands

'So what else do you want to do', says Sol.

'No idea', I say weakly.

'I got an idea, lets go and style up!', she exclaims and we head to a small cave.

'I love this cave', says Sol.

'Theres so much amazing things inside here. Like amazing shells, starfish and pretty things'.

Sol grabs some beautiful magenta colored mini starfish and props them onto my hair. I grab some sea ribbons and style up our hair. We have fun and just put anything.

'Hey Sol', says someone from behind.

'Cera!', says Sol and hugs her. She waves at me.

After we were having fun with sea ribbons and stuff, we sit up on the rock in the surface.

'Whenever I go up to the surface, I feel that I have a heart. I don't know why but it reminds me so much of my life before I became a siren', says Sol, her tail fading too.

'Same', says Cera,.

A boat travels near us. We dive into the ocean to hide and watch from below. We have our hearts now so we are human again. 'I miss you', says a voice from the surface. Sol and Cera look at me. My checks turn red.

I know it's Blake.

I swim down deep before he sees me like this.

I hyperventilate and shut my eyes.

'Hey Clarity. we know it's Blake. Now is your chance to kill him', they whisper in my ear and swim away.

I can hear him.

'I'm, I'm  I'm so sorry I killed you', his voice mumbles.

'I miss you more than ever, everything is not the same. Your mum misses you. I can tell her what I did but I still love you and hope your happy in heaven'.

My teeth clench at the way he talks. No emotions. I still loved him but not the way he says things.

Before I could speak a pair of wet hands grab my mouth and I go down the the water. I scream. I struggle to get free but I am not strong enough. Where are my friends. I find a shard of glass in the water so I grab it and hide it under my hair.
