2 | Am I a fucking mermaid

I wake up by the sunlight shining on my face underwater.
Gravity doesn't seem to be working as I roll to my side wishing I didn't have to go to school. With my hand feeling awfully light in the air, I suddenly wake up in shock. I wasn't in air anymore. I was nestled between the beautiful peach and lilac colored coral, Underwater.

My hands reach up to my neck as I gasp for air. Wait. What on earth am I doing. I can breathe. I start to furiously panic. I'm screaming and crying and violently grabbing onto my hair. Where am I. What happened. I scream until my throat cannot take it anymore.
I close my eyes and hyperventilate. I try to recall the last thing that happened to me.

Blake.

I try to swim up to the surface but it's too deep. I can't feel my legs. I look down and see a shiny tail. Like a mermaids.

'Holy shit!', I say as I try to rip it off of me. I want my body back. Am I a fucking mermaid? I touch my hair that floats slightly above me. I try to smooth it down but it just floats. This is a disaster.

'What is going on', I say and lean against the coral. I close my eyes, trying to take in what happened. Why do I have a tail! Why am I here, what happened to me!

'Am I dead?', I say to myself and clutch my chest. There's a blue patch on my left side where my heart is and I cry in pain. It hurts to much and my whole body feels so heartbroken.

'Yes you're dead', a soothing voice calls.
the voice sounds so beautiful and something tells me I need to find it.

'I'm Sol', the voice says and a girl with pale peach colored hair emerges out of the corals. She has striking turquoise eyes and a bronze tail.

'I uhhh', I cry.

'What's your name!', she asks.

'I uhh, Its umm, I think I-it's', I stutter as I remember my name. The last thing I remember is Blake pushing me off the pier. I still love him.

'Don't worry I don't remember my name', Sol smiles.

'Clarity I think', I say. I think my name was somewhere among the lines of it.

'Well Clarity, I suggest you come with me', Sol smiles and swims off into the distance. All of a sudden I can swim. It was really hard to get a hang of it but I did it.

I follow Sol for what seems ages until we stop at a cave.
The entrance of a cave was filled with beautiful sea flowers and rainbow fish everywhere. It was truly beautiful. She stops when she reaches what looks like the remains of a city underground. There's pillars of Quartz everywhere and buildings and hide always embossed with vines and sea vegetation.

'In here', I follow her to a small castle like place as she swims up the stairs.

There was a cellar. It looked like prison and I was scared but somehow I
Trusted her. I clutch my heart as I wince in pain.
'You'll get used to the pain', Sol smiles and swims out of the cellar.
The cellar has books and a small round rose colored marble dish inside. It was magnificent.

'I hear you're Clarity', a beautiful lady with auburn hair says. She has the most beautiful tail. It's silvery and so long and has a brocade of patterns in it.

'I'm Kiki. What do you want to know, you must be in shock my darling', she smiles sweetly and grabs a liquid out of a vase.

'Everything', I ask.

She comes closer to me and dips the knife in the liquid.

'Umm what are you going to do wi- AAAAHHH', I hiss in pain as he pierces my neck with the dagger.
