I'm writing this
In the midst of the night,
Where every soul is at peace.
I was lying alone,
Staring blankly at the ceiling,
Thinking of how to dream.
But then suddenly,
You came across my mind,
That made my heart thumped.
And by thinking about you,
I heard the sound of my heart,
Screaming about how it felt loved.
The thought of you,
Made me realize
Of how deeply inlove I am with you.
Memories of us starts to play
In this empty mind of mine,
Making me smile at how happy we were.
I suddenly found myself reminiscing,
Thinking about the good times,
The good love we had.
But then I felt my heart clenched,
Tears started to race from my lonely eyes,
Happiness slowly fading.
And I realized,
You were long gone,
That you are already happy and at peace.
I closed my eyes,
Took a deep breath
And opened it to finally face reality.
I'm writing this,
Because I missed you so much,
Because I love you still and I'll always will.
Feeling your presence,
A cold breeze wrapped around me,
Then I whispered, "See you soon, my love".
