The Accident

This is a MiriTama fanfiction. This was an idea that popped up in my mind, so I decided to make it into a story. Also, let's just pretend that school doesn't exist in this story. Lucky them they don't have to go to school. I hope you enjoy this random fanfic!

Tamaki was just having an average day, just like a normal human's, when he got hit by a quirk that turned him into a neko. It didn't activate right away, so Tamaki had no awareness. When he got back to his dorm room, that's when it happened. He was shorter by around 3 inches and had cat ears and a tail. He. Started. Panicking. He called Mirio, hoping that he could help with his problem- and his anxiety for what could happen-.
-time skiiiiiip-
"Hey, Tamaki!" Mirio said while knocking on Tamaki's dorm room door. Tamaki flinched for a second then went to answer it.
"H-hey, Mirio.. I kind of, umm, have a small problem..." said Tamaki. He slowly opened the door and Mirio's eyes widened at the sight. Tamaki flinched as Mirio burst into questions.

"What happened? Did you buy those? How did you find some in your exact hair color? Wh-" Mirio's questions were stopped by Tamaki shushing him.
"Sh-shush! Someone might hear you..." Tamaki blurted, worried about what would happen if someone found out. "Just... come inside..." Tamaki said, calmer.
Mirio started asking questions again. Tamaki hushed him once more and told Mirio to let him explain. Mirio listened, of course, but he just wanted to know so badly. He was also fighting the urge to pet Tamaki.
"So, I-i don't really know how it happened, b-but I was just walking around. I-i got back to my dorm and then this happened... I g-guess I was hit by a quirk that turns people into a-a neko... o-or something..." When Tamaki finished explaining, Mirio started to ask questions again. It wasn't a flood of them this time, though.
"So, you got hit by a neko quirk while walking around and now you're just... A neko now?" Mirio asked, kind of happily.
"Y-yeah I- uhh I guess..." Tamaki answered. Tamaki could tell that Mirio had something planned for the time that Tamaki was a neko. They were both wondering how long it would last, but on different levels. Tamaki wanted it to end because he thought of the things that would happen and the torture he might go through. Mirio had a whole different mindset. Mirio wanted it to last a while because it seemed like fun and doing exactly what Tamaki hopes doesn't happen. Plus, he thought Tamaki looked really cute as a neko.
