Seonghwa

Days passed and Yeosang still refused to talk to him. He blocked his number and whenever he went to the bar, Wooyoung was the one to attend him.

"He doesn't want to see you. Get over it."

Those were the words said to him every time he tried to talk to him at the bar.

When Seonghwa told Ryujin he didn't have feelings for her anymore, she wasn't mad. And that shocked him. She was hurt, yes. But she wasn't mad. She explained that she wouldn't hold a grudge for something Seonghwa simply couldn't control.

Seonghwa loved that about her. She was never the type to get angry and seek revenge. She believed that things happen for a reason and that other things just aren't meant to be.

Seonghwa had to figure out a way to get Yeosang to talk to him. So he just waited for Yeosangs shift to be over, which was 11pm. He leaned against the car he knew was Yeosangs and waited patiently.

He saw Yeosang walk out with Wooyoung, who was laughing at something he said. They parted ways and when Yeosang saw Seonghwa leaning against his car, his smile faded.

He started walking slower.

"What do you want?" He asked.

"We need to talk." Seonghwa said, standing in front of the shorter.

"I'm done talking." Yeosang said, shoving last him to get to his car.

He opened the door but Seonghwa shut it with his hand.

"Then don't. Just listen. Yeosang, I know I fucked up. But I only did it because I liked you so much." He said, trapping Yeosang between his arms.

"That's not an excuse to cheat. There is no excuse to cheat, Seonghwa." Yeosang said, crossing his arms.

"I know. I know. And I didn't mean to have feelings for you. It just happened. When I realized it, I broke up with Ryujin." Seonghwa said.

"That's supposed to make it okay? The bottom line here is that you cheated. I can't trust you the way I used to. You lied to me, Seonghwa. To my face." Yeosang emphasized the last part.

Seonghwa didn't know what to say to that. He was right.

"We're done talking. Don't look for me. Don't talk to me. Just stay away from me." Yeosang said, lightly shoving Seonghwa so he could get in his car and drive away.

Seonghwa was about to throw his phone when he saw Ryujin standing there.

"What are you- what are you doing out so late?" He asked.

She waved a pack of ramen in her hand, smiling sheepishly.

"I got hungry." She said.

"How much of that did you hear?" Seonghwa asked.

"Enough." She said. "He's cute. I can see why you picked him."

Seonghwa let out a breathy laugh.

"Too bad he'll hate me for the rest of his life." He said.

She walked up to him, soothing Seonghwa's arm.

"Don't let him go so easily. He likes you too. He just needs some space." She said, smiling kindly at him.

Seonghwa smiled sadly at her.

"Thanks." He said. "Do you need a ride home? It's really cold out here."

She softly shook her head.

"I'll be fine. You go home and go to sleep."

Seonghwa watched as she walked away, not turning back once.
