꧁✰✰✰꧂

olivia is doing her job and mads is on her honeymoon so savanna totally understood why they couldn't be with her, but she still wishes all of her best friends could be with her, but still 3 is better than none.

about 10 minutes later, avani shows up, running into the apartment, knowing the door is always unlocked. she goes to the bathroom, where savanna is sitting on the floor, with her head between her legs, crying.

"shhh, baby. it's gonna be alright" avani comforts her.

"how could i be so stupid?" savanna groans, "just as my career is taking off, i get pregnant? what was i thinking?!"

"honey, it's ok. you and bryce are gonna be the best parents ever!" avani says.

"you really think so?"

"of course!"

just then, dixie and nessa rush into the bathroom. "i put the ice cream in the freezer. how are you feeling, babe?" dixie says in one breath.

"i've been better" savanna mumbles.

nessa hands her the three tests, "here you go, baby."

"thank you, girlies. i love you."

she takes the tests and sets a timer for 3 minutes. "here goes nothing" she says.

"whatever the results are, we're here for you and we love you" nessa says, and the other two girls agree.

her phone starts beeping, signaling the end of three minutes. savanna doesn't want to look, so each of her friends grabs one test and uses their thumb to show whether it's positive or negative. each girl has their thumb raised. "oh my god, i'm gonna be a mom" savanna says and starts breaking into tears.

"sav, are those happy tears or sad tears?" dixie asks.

"they're 'holy shit i'm so excited but so scared' tears" she answers through her tears.

"do you want to tell bryce?" avani asks.

"he just texted me saying he'll be home in 5 minutes. can you girls stay?" savanna requests.

"of course. let's go eat that ice cream while we wait" nessa says and the four girls head to the kitchen, each grabbing a spoon and digging out of the tub of ice cream.

after 5 minutes, they hear the door being opened and bryce walks in carrying groceries. as soon as he sees his crying fiancée surrounded by her best friends, he sets down the groceries and wraps her in a huge hug. "what did i do wrong, baby?" he asks.

"nothing, babe" savanna laughs for the first time that day.

"then why is everyone here and why are you crying?"

savanna looks at her friends who urge her to tell him. "look in the bathroom, bryce" she says.

"okay?" he questions but goes anyways. he sees the positive tests on the counter and walks out again. "is this a prank?" he asks.

"it's not" savanna replies.

"oh my god, i'm gonna be a dad!" he exclaims, lifting up his fiancée and kissing her.

"you're happy?" she asks.

"savy, of course! i love you!"

"aww b, i love you, too!"

once the rest of the girls leave, savanna sits down by bryce. "we're going to be parents" she says.

"i know. i'm so excited, babe" he says.

"i'm so scared."

"don't be, you're gonna be the best mom ever."
