2 years after Ash's death, Eiji decides to go back to America. He wants to visit all the places him and Ash had shared special moments, he missed him...

I woke up pretty early, and I was scrolling through snapchat and peoples story's when one story caught my eye. I didn't know who this person was but there was a party invitation on their story.
"Party, tonight at 12AM anyone is welcome but don't rat us out please come and enjoy the fun"
I though 'Why not, it gives me something to do, out of the house' It was decided, i'm going to the party. I spent the whole day trying to find something to wear when I finally found the outfit I was looking for.

I had wore it when I was trying to find Shorter. Perfect outfit for a party. I finished getting ready and walked to the subway, it was a pretty far party. I eventually got there and it was 11:30, I had gotten some food in case the party doesn't have food I like. I got to the front gates and showed the person who checks the invites, my invite. It told us on the post to screenshot and show to the person at the doors. He let me in and there were so many neon lights flashing over all the dancing people. I was surprised that there were so many people if i'm being honest. It took me almost 15 minutes to find the bar but i eventually did. I sat down on one of the skinny chairs and was immediately assisted by a tall woman with bright pink hair and dark brown eyes. She was wearing a very short crop top and very high waisted jeans with combat boots.
"Hi how can I help you today?" She asked in a very bubbly voice.
"Could I have a blue moon?" I asked politely.
"Yes sir." She said turning around, opening the fridge behind her and tossing me the beer.
"Thank you ma'am" I said smiling.
"Any time hun" She said walking away to attend to another person. I lifted the glass up and took a large sip of the beer. I was deep in my thoughts when a man sat next to me. I jumped slightly but then took another sip of my beer.
"You should let me buy you a drink" He said smirking at me.
"Sorry no" I said taking another sip of my beer.
"What you here with someone or something?" He asked wrapping his arm around me shoulders.
"Please don't touch me" I said brushing his arm off me.
"You listen here you little shi-" he was cut off by the bar tender.
"I suggest you leave" She said in a threatening tone. His eyes widened and he immediately got up and left.
"Thank you" I said laughing slightly.
"Sure. You should dance" She said smiling at me.
"Me and dancing aren't a good mix" I said smiling back at her.
"C'mon my shift gets off in 5 come dance with me. Your clearly here alone" She said leaning on the table yawning.
"Fine" I said finishing my beer.
"A toast to new possible friendship?" she asked placing a shot in front of me.
"Sure" I said clinking my cup against hers and quickly drinking the shot.
"Alright, i'll meet you on the dance floor, i'm going to get my stuff" She said walking away. I nodded, got up, and walked over to the dance floor. I walked somewhat towards the middle of the floor and began to feel dizzy. I gripped my head and soon remembered this feeling, I was drunk. I was awoken from my trans by a tap on the shoulder.
"Hey I never asked what your name was" She said smiling.
"Eiji. What about you?" I asked.
"Yui" She replied, starting to sway to the music.
"Nice" I said following her sway. We soon began dancing along with everyone when I was soon distracted by a man facing the opposite direction of us. I saw the back of his head and my smile faded away and I soon stood still. I saw the platinum blonde hair and it looked just like his. The man soon turned around and he too had emerald green eyes. My breath hitched and tears started forming at the corners of my eyes. I started breathing very quickly.
"Eiji?" Yui asked, putting her hand on my shoulder. "Let's take you to the back" she said leading me off the dance floor. She took my to the back room and as soon as we got there I let the tears I didn't know I was holding out. "Eiji what's wrong?" She asked. I leaned into her shoulder and cried. She wrapped her arms around me.
"I saw someone wh-who l-l-looked like someone I knew" I said sitting down on the floor. Yui sat next to me and let me lean my head on her.
"What happened to them?" She asked warily.
"He died" I said sniffling.
"Eiji i'm so sorry" She said hugging me. "Everything will be okay I promise." She said rubbing my back.
"Why are you being so nice to me" I said sitting up and looking at her. "You just met me." I said.
"I'm being nice to you because i've never really had a real friend. So this is new to me and you seem genuinely like a good person" She said shrugging.
"Thank you" I said, finally stopping crying.
"Yeah. Let's get you home okay?" She asked, standing up, reaching for my hand. I took her hand and nodded, she pulled me up from the ground and we started walking to the back exit. It was a pretty long walk home and she decided to walk me all the way home even though she lived on the other side of town. We finally reached my apartment, said our goodbyes and I immediately stripped my clothing down, got into my pajamas and laid down. 'Tonight sucked' I thought to myself, yawning and pulling the covers over my body. 'Why do I keep seeing him' I wondered. I kept thinking about all the possibilities and soon fell asleep. I didn't know when but I know that he once again was on my mind as I drifted off into unconsciousness.
