IPM – IIM Indore

In 2011 IIM Indore has launched the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) which was the first of its kind in India. The programme has been accredited by the Association of MBAs, London (4th and 5th Year). To develop outstanding leaders and managers, IIM Indore has come up with this IPM programme. It is to inculcate students interested in Business Administration from a very young age and mould them with the best education and training.

IPM is aimed at students who have passed out of class XII/Higher Secondary or equivalent from schools across India. The total duration of this Integrated programmes is of 5 years, in which the first 3 year is for BBA course and next 2 year is for MBA.

Selection Procedure

The students undergo a rigorous selection process:

1. An application form aimed at understanding the students' proficiency in academics, as well as in co-curricular activities is filled up by the aspirant.

2. An entrance examination follows, to test the applicant's aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in English and Mathematics.

Shortlisted candidates appear for personal interviews. The interview panel comprises well–qualified professors from IIM Indore and other prestigious institutions. The interview judges the students' level of confidence, communication skills, general awareness, persuasion skills and knowledge.

IIM Indore will admit 150 students to the IPM this year.

IPM IIM Rohtak

IIM Rohtak will have around 160 students for this program.

IPM Rohtak Eligibility

Students need to score at least 60% in Standard X or Senior Secondary Class and Standard XII or Higher Secondary Class or proportional assessments (relaxation of 5% for the applicants from SC/ST/PWD classification. They need to score 55% marks )

The maximum age limit is 20 years as on July 31, 2020

Reservation will be appropriate according to the Government of India rules after meeting the base qualification criteria.

Students, who are appearing up in Standard XII/HSC or equivalent by July 31, 2020, can likewise apply for the IPM program in IIM Rohtak. Such applicants are liable to meet the criteria as referenced previously.

Selection procedure for IPM

Interested candidates should fill the registration form that will assess the candidate's presentation in academics as well as in extra-curricular exercises.

All the interested candidates have to appear in the IIM Rohtak's IPM Aptitude Test that will look at the aptitude, logical thinking, and capability in English of the candidate.

IPM Aptitude test consists of the following sections:

All the questions in the IIM Rohtak IPM are multiple-choice questions with each question carrying 4 points. 1 negative mark for each wrong answer.

The shortlisted candidates have to appear for the Personal Interview round for which the bases are their admission form, scores in aptitude tests. The students are likewise decided on the bases of their academic performance, communication skills, and general awareness.
