Warframe: Rise Of Phoenix Squadron

The room was filled with a purple glow, thousands of warframes stood in the main floor, staring up, ready for the reasons they were all called back. The Lotus stepped forward onto the raised platform before them. She had purple tussles hanging over her shoulder, a long robe that covered her chest and legs, separated in the middle, which had a mix of grey and purple, and grey heels, boosting her hat, her pale face was covered by a large grey helmet, with long black tassles hanging down, which could be mistaken for hair. As she spoke her voice was soft and caring, providing a loving feeling.

"Tenno, I have called you here from your duties today to announce that as of today, we will be throwing you through a series of trials to determine who will be a part of our specialist task force, of which will undertake the most dangerous of missions." She began.

Murmuring broke out among the crowd, as many believed it wasn't fair to only have a few people in the task force.

"Before any of you have any doubts, the tests are only to show the strongest among you, who will be fit for the role. After that it will be down to the leader to decide who will join. The leader has already been chosen and he would like to give more information." Lotus finished before moving to the left.

The crowd fell silent as a large frame, which was in the shape of a humanoid dragon stepped forward, he had black along the armour with red covering most of the underneath and gold around the accents.

"Good evening, my name is Chroma Prime, but during, and after, these trials, I shall be known as Phoenix. I'll not keep you long, as I am aware that you are all busy, the trials are set out and ready and we shall begin tomorrow, good luck." He announced, proudly.

His voice was booming and commanding, and caused the frames to fall silent almost instantly. The Lotus stepped back to the centre and dismissed everyone, to rest and be ready for the trials ahead.

"Are you sure they are up to the test?" Lotus questioned Chroma.

"We'll find out, you are fine with the risks being dangerously high aren't you?" Chroma asked back.

"They take these risks daily, but I'm worried about how many will survive," Lotus sighed.

"Don't worry, after all they won't be going alone. They'll be in squads of four, teamwork is a vital skill here after all." Chroma finished.

Lotus was taken aback by this, she knew they risked death everyday but this, this was complete disregard for their lives. But then she remembered, they needed to be ready in case THEY came back, the Sentients.
