That same day, Valkyr sat in her Orbiter, her deep orange hued chest was slightly bloodied up, her helmet was shattered at the top, exposing the blue armour underneath, her wrists were bound in broken restraints and the metal collar around her neck had a wire hanging down, showing she had escaped capture, while cleaning the blood from her, she used the Orbiters communication device to call her ally, Oberon.
"Hey Oberon," she sighed half-heartedly
"Valkyr, what's up," Oberon called back, slightly enthusiasticly.
"Just these trials, I feel as though they're hiding something." She sighed.
"Well, it's just like usual i think, it'll be life threatening but I don't think everyone will be taking part." Oberon said, reassuringly.
"Hopefully, I don't know, sorry it's just Alad V found me again, took me almost an hour to get out," Valkyr explained.
"Well... Seems like he has a tracking device placed on you, did you..." Oberon started.
"I already checked everywhere on the ship, only thing that I can think is he's placed one inside me during the experiments he did...." Valkyr interrupted.
The communication device then cut off abruptly, she tried raising communication with Oberon again, only for the device to spark violently. She slammed her first violently on the device, her anger causing her mask to crack on the visor. She stood back up and headed down to her personal quarters at the back, settling down, ready to relax and prepare for tomorrow.
Oberon stared at his communication device, before letting out a sigh. His helmet was a bright white, the helmet resembled the top of the tree almost, branches hanging off the side and top. His chest had a robe piece going down the front, with a long green strip running down the centre, and his fingers were thin enough to be able to slip into the console to fix the wiring issues, he walked down the stairs to his arsenal mode, in which he pulled out his kitana, which had a dragons head at the end of the hilt. As well as a long, sturdy blade that was thin and light in weight. He exited the arsenal and headed to his personal quarters, to take care of his bonsai tree.
On another ship, Nekros Prime sat at the planetary monitor, he had black and purple armour, he's helmet resembled a large skull, with two, wing like tussles hanging behind his shoulders. His body looked like it had been ripped open from the stomach and a small tentacle dangled from his left ring finger. His feet looked like animal claws.
"Mayday, Mayday, this is Corpus pilot five-five-oh-five, Grineer ships have...." the monitor barked, cutting short with static.
Nekros let out a slight chuckle, he wasn't afraid of the trials ahead, he wasn't afraid of anything. He became distracted from the monitor, by a scream of pain in the back of his Orbiter, he growled before rising to his feet and heading down to the room where the screaming came from.
"Dammit Nidus, this Grineer scum couldn't get any louder?!" Nekros growled.
The prisoner was dangerously thin, his face looked humanoid only, with him being an experimental clone for the grineer, had few abnormalities such as worts appearing under the eyes or constant bleeding from different parts. The grineers pale face was cut. Nidus stood before him, his thin frame covered in blood. His Brown and pink armour now a deep red. His head looked like a large tumor protruding from his skull.
"Sorry Nekros, didn't realise Grineer were such screamers." Nidus apologised, jokingly.
Nekrks stepped further forward, grasping the small dagger on the table, dragging the blade across the table making the Grineer become nervous.
"Wait! Wait! I'll talk, I'll talk!" the Grineer choked.
"Last time, and trust me, I'm not as patient as my friend here." Nekros growled, thrusting the blade towards his throat. "Where is your commander!"
"Mercury, he's on the flagship Tosol" The Grineer screamed.
"Thank you." Nekros said, patronisingly.
He gestured to Nidus who drew a curved dagger which he used to slash the Grineers throat. Nekros dissolved the body to dust before gesturing to Nidus to head to rest.
