Warframe: Rise Of Phoenix Squadron

The warframes all stood in the familiar meeting hall they were awaiting the news.

"Welcome back," Chroma began, "Now before I announce the members of the Phoenix Squadron, the Lotus has something to announce."

"Now, I know you're nervous and awaiting the results of the trials, unfortunately, we have received bad news, the Sentients have returned, we have lost two of our own to them, among the few others who fell in the trials. We had no idea they were back until one of the groups came back." The Lotus explained, solemnly.

Chroma stepped forward, his arms behind his back, the crowd before him were murmuring angrily and didn't acknowledge Chroma's presence, that changed when Chroma sent a large fire blast into the air, silencing the room.

"SILENCE!" Chroma bellowed out, "Now, the people who made it into Phoenix Squadron, are Revenant, Limbo Prime, Nekros Prime, Valkyr, Oberon, Banshee, Volt, Vauban, Ember, Equinox Prime, Mag prime, and Excalibur Umbra. You all performed exceptionally well, and unfortunately we chose these due to their inept skill shown in the trials. You are all dismissed EXCEPT for Phoenix Squadron."

The crowd of warframes dispersed out of the room leaving the few mentioned. Lotus stepped forward once again as Chroma Prime went to join his members. They all looked up to Lotus as she began to speak.

"Now, congratulations to you all, as Chroma said, it was a hard decision, do not make us regret it. Now, as you are aware the sentient threat is upon us once again, and we can't help but feel as though a new war will the sweep the galaxy. Im sure some of you fought in the last war so you are aware of the dangers we face everyday. Only one has been spotted so far, but that one could become many." Lotus explained.

Chroma Prime looked slightly more worried, he knew what this meant as he had fought in the old war, he witnessed the terrifyingly awesome power of the Sentients first hand, they wiped out his original Phoenix squad, he turned to the new Phoenix Squadron, arms clasped behind his back, ready to make the announcement.

"Now, Chroma here has been awarded with a command ship. Also known as the Railjack, this ship will serve you in your battles. He appropriately named her "The Decimator". Good luck out there." Lotus finished, before leaving.

Chroma looked at the new Squadron. He knew that they were up to whatever the galaxy threw at them, and hopefully, would be able to wipe out the Sentients.

"All of you head to your Orbiters, we are having the Orbiters dock in the Decimator, this will allow us to get from location to location easier. Now, move out." Chroma commanded.

The Phoenix squadron gave a quick salute, legs snapped closed, one hand closed to a knuckle and the other flat on the knuckle, pushing it out. They turned and left for the hangar bay.

"Phoenix, can I talk to you about something?" Valkyr asked, as the rest left.

"Of course. What's up?" Chroma responded.

"Alad V's forces captured me twice now, he somehow knows where..." Valkyr began, but an explosion cut her off.

Shouting, screaming and blaster fire followed the explosion, two Corpus soldiers burst into the room, Phoenix leaned back, before throwing himself forward, fire spewing from his mouth, turning one of the soldiers to ash, Valkyr then launched herself up, threw her cable around the other soldier and flung down, sword drawn, impaling the soldier clean through his chest.
