Relaxation.

The cool breeze which flowed north, someway, in somehow, gave off an alluring feeling.

The skies were clear as well with the ground being green and lively.

It's been so, so long since a human seen these lands, these lands that mother nature protects dearest..

9S sets another box near the stream, before standing back straight and wiping his head. "I didn't know work could get this hard."

He walks back towards land and grabs another silver box before signing to himself, 'what am I saying? This is like vacation than what I'm put through!'

Complaining wasn't really going to bring anyone anywhere, so best he could do was work, work, work until the end of the day.

'I wonder...

..

....

.......

........

... Will we ever see the face of humanity again? It's been so long... Will this ever end?'

Holding back the urge to scream, he continued placing the boxes in line, not one out of place, as if building a forth wall.

The sun began to set, until out of sight only to set once more in the morning sky.

The pace growing more shift, though the pattern seems to grow less and less equal..

Oh well, had it not mattered. It wasn't as if someone were to come only to tell him the boxes weren't in order...

That would be absurd.

"The boxes aren't in order, 9S."

Shit.

9S turns to face the bastard who dare tell him what to do, only surprised to see the bastard who dared tell him what to do was no one else but A2.

"A... And? How would you know? Back off," he exclaimed before turning to grab more silver boxes, his lips poking in a pouty way all the while.

A2 stared at him with a blank face before reaching down to grab a minimized box.

Pod 153 stood beside 9S as he continued placing the boxes next to each other, "Might I suggest-"

"You know, if you don't make sure the boxes are in perfect sync, you'll have to do them all over. All eight thousand," A2 intervened. "I don't think you'd want that, do you?"

"I said back off, they're only off angle by 0.8degrees and -6 each. That's not something which is easily noticed here."

"Maybe not for the human eye, it isn't. But, you're forgetting that we aren't human. Again."

"What the hell!?" 9S snapped as he placed the last box on the side grounds, "I never said anything like that! Why don't you take your.. Whatever it is shoved up your hole, and back off?!"

A2 sighs and walks passed 9S as she began to kick the boxes in order.

One by one, as 9S could only watch in silence. After ten minutes, eight seconds and three milliseconds, she at last finished before making way back to 9S.

A small, unnoticeable smirk creeped on her face as she crossed her arms.

"Was that so hard?"

"..." 9S stayed silent.

"Bet if I were 2B you wouldn't be such an ass."

9S still remained silent as he watched A2 make her way back passed the trees, until she finally disappears from sight.

"What the hell is wrong with that android..." He silently asks himself before placing more boxes next to each other, this time, in order.

...

.....

.......

A2 made her way around the forest grounds before stumbling upon an open meadow, where the sun shined down and the clear skies much more noticeable.

She looks around her surroundings, first thing appearing in sight were a family of some sort... Of animal.

A larger one, and three smaller ones. They appeared white with some sort of orange thing hanging off from what seemed like the head.

"Ducks. Very popular amongst the human race. A common name for a waterfowl family of Anatidaes, which includes swans and geese. They used to roam the planet in pairs, and some or most were mostly popular on the plates to feast."

A2 stared at the family of ducks, with their small, thin stilts somehow carrying their fat bodies.

They somehow appeared... Fascinating. They gave off a new aroma, something she never seen or simply just hadn't noticed.

If... I were 2B.. She thought, I would... Not be much of a difference, would I...?

She stares back at the blue skies, as the second breeze flows north...
