She heard the rumble inside her head. The sound of the wintertime was dead it was strange to hear the rain outside, she reminded herself that it was in her head. No place on earth would be hell especially home.

She could feel the barometric pressure change she knew that something in the air was strange. She saw the lightning strike, she kept repeating in her head the storm was not real, but her hands trembled with each strike her world seemed to spiral out of gaze. Her perceptions do remain unchanged it was her reality she felt the rain.

She loved the rain, each drop was a chance of redemption, a scope of purification but the thunder that accompanied the rain made her recall the darkest moments of her life. But all she could do was grab the umbrella and go because she knew that storm was real.

Her hands were shaking, her mind was losing control of her body. She kept repeating 'Everything will be fine' but couldn't make herself believe so. Cause today she returned home after 5 years of negation

She cannot count the number of times she had been told not to be nice because it will hurt her in the end.

But after giving that much thought her response was simple, 'When I'm too nice, I have a hidden purpose, others have the right to hurt me because people are not made to be used, but we love and specter. When I'm nice for the sake of actually caring about others and living by my values then no matter what other's responses are they cannot hurt me. I tell myself that I am being kind to the world, not specific people'

She knew the power of our words she knew that it could do more healing than any kind of medicine. She also knew that they can be more toxic than any kind of poison. She knew they could shatter soul barely holding onto the pieces then make it strong. She knew that they get build mountains of confidence and build stairs to heaven and hide above the clouds. She knew all of this and yet she knew nothing. To her, they were simply a gold medal that she could not achieve because she knew today that she was doing something that will change her life.

She stepped outside the airport and sat in the taxi. She didn't inform any of her brothers regarding her arrival, she was aware that they would tell her to never return. But her heart wasn't listening to her mind. It had been 15 years since that incident that changed her life. She had to face her reality and had to return home.

She watched the raindrops make beautiful patterns on the cold glass surface. Her fingers slowly traced each shape made by a cluster of water droplets. She found herself to be distracted by the people on the roadside. She watched children with their mothers, girlfriends with their boyfriends, people selling and buying. They all looked at peace unaware of the storm brewing outside. She wished for that life of oblivion, it seemed better.

An hour went by in a split second and she was in front of her home. She looked up at the large mansion, she could feel the cold radiating out it. She had seen the transformation of this place from a small house to a mansion. This place was familiar yet unfamiliar. She walked in, but no one was there. Until the elevator doors...
