The next day I walked with Harry following Oliver who was carrying a trunk. Placing it down he smiled at us.

"Fred and George told me you know some things about Quidditch, right Jones?" Oliver asked, looking at me. I nodded my head.

"I know that the team has seven players, 3 chaser, 2 beaters, 1 keeper, and a seeker," I said, nodding my head to Harry standing next to me.

"Correct! Do you know about the three kinds of balls?" He asked, opening the case.

"There's the Quaffle," I said pointing to the ball he put in his hand.

"Yup, now, the chasers, you, handle the Quaffle and try to put it through one of those three hoops," Oliver said, tossing me the ball pointing to the field at the posts on opposite ends. The ball was big but easy to catch as I danced it between my hands. "The Keeper, that's me, defends the hoops. With us so far, Harry?" Oliver asked, looking at him.

"I think so," Harry responded looking at the case. "What are those?" Two balls were squirming around in their slot.

"You better take this," he hands Harry the bat as I put the quaffle back.

"Those are bluders," I said as Oliver released one ball. It flies up high in the air.

"That's correct! Careful now, it's comin' back." The ball came flying fast at us. Harry swings his bat and hits it away. "Eh, not bad, Potter, you'd make a fair beater... Uh-oh." The ball came flying back and Oliver pounced on it. He was able to get it back in the box with a lot of effort. "Bluders are nasty little buggers. But the only ball I want you, Potter, to worry about is this... the Golden Snitch." Olive gives Harry a supper small sized golden ball.

"I like this ball," Harry said as it looked closely like Neville's Remembrall.

"Ah, you like it now. Just wait. It's wicked fast and damn near impossible to see," Oliver explained.

"What do I do with it?" Harry asked.

"You catch it... before the other team's seeker. You catch this, the game is over. You catch this, Potter, and we win." The ball flutters two very clear wings and jumps into the air.

"Wow," I said, already losing it as it soared into the air.

In Charms class, Professor Flitwick was talking while standing on a bunch of books as he was as short as the Goblins at Gringotts.

"One of a wizard's most rudimentary skills is levitation, the ability to make objects fly. Uh, do you all have your feathers?" He glances around as I look down at my single feather on my desk. "Good. Now, uh, don't forget the nice wrist movement we've been practicing, hmm? The swish and flick. Everyone."

"The swish and flick," we all repeat with him.

"Good. And enunciate. Wingardium Leviosa. Off you go then." I look down at my feather and take my wand in my hand pointing it at the light object.

"Wingardium Leviosa," I said very carefully. I watched the feather float as I raised my wand in the direction I wanted it to go and it followed.

"Oh, well done! See here, everyone! Ms. Jones' done it! Along with Ms. Granger!" I looked down a row to see Hermione smiling over to me. I returned it looking back at my feather. "Oh, splendid!" As Mr. Fliwick congratulated us both, an explosion was heard a row below me. Poor Seamus has exploded his feather.

"I think we're going to need another feather over here, Professor," Harry said next to Seamus who was once again covered in soot.

After class I walked with Hermione as we giggled about getting the spell correct on the first go, but as we were walking the boys, Dean, Harry, Ron, and Seamus, were walking in front.
