The Second Kagami (Kuroko no Basket/Basuke)

Prologue

Taiga:

Something rang waking me out of my slumber. Barely conscious, I reached over towards my bedside and tried grabbing the device that was ruining my precious beauty sleep. That device happened to be my phone. Ignoring the sleepiness, I answered my vexing mobile device. "Hello?" I asked groggily. "Taiga!" The annoyingly familiar voice screamed. "What do you want mum?" I questioned rubbing my eye with the hand that was free. "I've got news for you, it's really important and I'm only going to say this once so you have to listen!" I was ready to receive the news when I felt my eyes getting heavier each second passing not catching the so called news. "Yeah, I get it. Bye mum." I hung up and my head fell back into my slumber.

A month later...

3rd person:

Tokyo, Japan. A young girl stood glancing from her watch to the roads filled with bustling cars. The girl had scarlet red that rested just below her shoulders. She was taller than the average height for girls her age. Dragging her suitcase along with her, she exited the airport.

Taiga:

Dribbling past Koganei, I dunked the ball.Coach blew the whistle signalling the conclusion of the game. "Game Over, Kagami's team wins." Coach stated the results. She nudged towards the bench and all of us on the team walked over there following Coach. Grabbing my towel, I wiped off the sweat dripping from my forehead and down. I downed all of the water from its holder my red bottle. Whilst doing so, from the corner of my eye I could see a girl around my age I'm guessing from her height. She had a hat on her head and I could see strands of red, I'm guessing it was her hair. "Coach." I called getting her attention. "Someone's here." I pointed towards the girl at the entrance of the gym. Coach's head turned in the entrances direction and she headed in that way. "Hey, how can I help you?" The girl turned towards Coach and smiled. "Hi, I'm looking for someone named Kagami Taiga. Do you know him?" I raised a brow obviously confused. "You called?" I asked. Her head shot in my direction and she smiled widely. Running towards me the girl jumped and hugged me, tackling me to the ground.

"Taiga-nii!!" She exclaimed. Her hat fell off her head revealing her scarlet hair. 'It can't be.. can it?'

"Sora?!" I exclaimed.
