How I met my heaven

This is Evan's POV

It so dark in here that I can hardly see anything.This is an old house,I guess. The paint was faded and everything was covered in dusts and spider webs. I think I know this place, it looks just like my old house…

“Tell me if its true!” I heard someone talking and the place suddenly lightened up.

“Tell me, you bitch!!!” that threatening voice again. It’s a man’s voice. Someone else was sobbing, a woman.

No way.

I rushed towards those voices. This is not happening. I turned right at the corner and entered the living room.

“Stop right there you little bastard!” that man’s voice shot at me and felt like someone just choked me.I found myself froze at the place. The man’s face was hidden in the dark. He was holding a gun in his hand and pointed the barrel to the woman’head, who was trembling in his other arm, sobbing gradually.

”One more step and I swear I’ll kill her!” that raging voice of the faceless man resounded as he pressed the gun harder as if he was going to pull the trigger.

“No,I beg you,please let Evan go..” the woman talked in tears. I can felt it. How did she know my name?

The light turned on as my question flashed through my head.

“..mom?” I stammered. That man was my dad.

“Run,Evan! Take Helen with you!” My mother shouted at me.No way am gonna leave her back.

“Shut up you fucking bitch!”he shaked her violently, pressed the barrel harder on her head.”You wil do as I say,Evan! Or I’ll shoot her!”

“No! Let my mom go!” I rushed forwards. There’s no way I’m gonna let this happen again! I will kill him instead.

“No, Evan!!!” I heard my mom shouted desperately.

“Shut up!”My father shouted back at her as his finger bent suddenly.

“No!!!” My voice lost in that exploding sound, everything turned black.

“No! No! NO! Mom! Mom!!! Where are you???” I shouted in the dark, trying to find my way to her. All in the sudden,I felt into something like a swamp and started to sink slowly.

“Run, Evan, run..” my mom’voice resounded again.

“Mom! Where are you? Mom! MOM!” I desperately tried to grab on something but there was nothing there.

“She is dead.” A growling voice suddenly spoke up.

“No!Mom! Can you hear me?” I stopped moving in that swamp-like surface, shouted again. That voice did not exist.

“You killed her, Evan!” a dark figure appeared in front of me and started to walk towards my direction.

“No, I did not!”I yelled back at that figure.

“Yes,you did, you little bastard..”That thing approached me, tried to push my shoulder down.

“No!!!” I tried to grab that thing’s wrist or anything that was trying to push me. But everytime I touched it, it turned into black smoke and evaporated  from my hands.

“You killed her!”its claws pressed on my skin and pushed me down violently.

“No!!!”

“Evan! Evan!Are you ok?” Someone shook me as that figure faded into the air and left me staring at the black ceiling of my room, trying to catch my breath again.My heart was racing in my chest.
