No one worse could've walked through that door not even Voldemort himself, Noah Jasons walked into the classroom. Lets give some backstory Noah Jasons my ex-bestfriend, you might be asking. "Ex-bestfriend?" We were bestfriends all the way up to 8th grade when he started skipping all of his classes and playing girls and not much has changed. People seem to be surprised when he sat down at the back of the classroom.
"Okay, to continue on lets seat people. Get in alphabetical order based on your last name." Which was what caught my attention.
I watched as people sat down and started talking like old friends. Once I realized I was the only H name and it skipped all the way to J I knew I was doomed because I would have to sit next to my bestie (ah sarcasm a true skill) Noah all year *cue sarcastic smile*. I knew I wasn't the only one that realized this when I saw Noahs blank expression turn into a scowl while he glared at me. I'm not too happy either buddy and I completely ignored him as I was communicating with Sara who was luckily right in front of me.
Before I could think I said "Hello, Noah" and I watched as he stared at me with a weird expression on his face.
I turned my attention back to Mr. Sawder as he started talking "Okay so your first assignment is to get to know your partner I want all of you able to answer any question I could have about your partner by Friday." All throughout the room you could hear squeals and groans.
I turned to Noah and said "As long as nothing about your personality changed we should be fine. Also I need a copy of your schedule and you need a copy of mine." All I got from him was a nod.
I heard the bell ring and thought 'Wow class went by fast' while I walked out and headed towards Math 'Yay'. I was being sarcastic. I walked into the classroom and groaned come on, Noah again, the universe must hate me.
After a long day of school (with Noah in most of my classes) I went out to the front and awaited my brothers arrival. Once he pulled in I got in his car and headed home, my parents were away in a business trip they are both photographers for National Geographic and Discovery Channel so they were on business trips a lot they also owned a small bakery which I worked at and basically owned.
I ran upstairs and changed in to some shorts and a oversized shirt. I walked back downstairs where my backpack was and got my phone out.
I went into the kitchen to get me some water and a salad doused in ranch dressing. I went back over to the couch and switched to Netflix to watch some Switched at Birth.
Once I finished my salad I went and put my bowl in the sink along with my fork. Ross left for some more classes at campus while I just stayed home I would go to the bakery but it's in the center of town and that is a good 40 minute walk. So I decided to just go out for a run around the neighborhood.
I walked upstairs to my room so I can change into a sports bra, leggings, an over sized t-shirt and some running shoes. While grabbing my phone and keys, I walked out the house and locked the door. I started by walking to my left which lead to Sara's house since she lived down like 3 houses and just started running while waving to some of my neighbors that were outside enjoying the sunny weather.
I passed by some old friends from elementary school while I did a few laps around the neighborhood. I noticed more people were out than usual.
Once I got home I notced that Ross's car wasnt in the driveway, I made a mental note to text him after I got out the shower if he still wasn't home. I went to my room with my ensuite restroom and turned on the shower which I had perfectly warm on the hotter side.
Once I got out of my twenty minute shower I listened to see if Ross was home or not, down stairs was completely silent. I got dressed after drying off, so I could text Ross and make something to eat.
I decided I should call him in case he was driving since he had his phone connected to Bluetooth.
"Hello? Ross, you there?" I asked
He replied "Yeah, now why are you calling me?"
"I was just wondering when your gonna be home?"
"I'm staying at Jocelyn's, I thought I told you when I dropped you off." Oh yeah I forgot he said that
"Oh, okay. See you tomorrow, love you, bye"
"Love you, bye" was all he said before he hung up to go hang out with his girlfriend.
Looks like I'm eating alone tonight since everyone ditched me for their soulmate, and mom and dad wouldn't be back until next month since they were up in Greenland.
Looks like I'm having some Chinese food orange chicken here I come, technically the food is coming to me, you know what I mean.
After the food got delivered (and eaten in like five minutes). I decided to call an Uber so I could go to the bakery, my sanctuary. Ooh and I can eat cookies for "taste-testing" purposes (if you get what I mean). After the Uber dropped me off I walked in to an almost empty bakery. The kitchen my only boyfriend.
I could smell the cake from here, MY BABIES! Chocolate, vanilla, and my very own chocolate surprise (the surprise is there is caramel in it (and more chocolate)). Once I got all the workers out of the shop so I could enjoy my bakery all to myself right when I was gonna go lock up someone walked in.
"What can I get you?" I asked
"Can I have a Bakers special Chocalate suprise cake with some chocolate sprinkles with rainbow sprinkles?" the woman asked
"Coming right up, it should be ready in about five minutes please have a seat over in those booths" I replied while going get my last Chocolate Suprise cake to bring it up to the front to put the sprinkles on it.
"Here you go" I said handing her cake to her as she walked out the shop. She seemed kind of familiar as I turned off all the lights and locked up the the doors.
I got my phone out so I could get an Uber. I got home and went up stairs to go to sleep and start a new day.
