Needless to say, Yibo attends university with high energies the following day.

During his last class of the day, when the Arts professor is busy scribbling something on the board in front, Cheng Xiao elbows him lightly.

Yibo attentively turns to her.

Cheng Xiao mimes a shocked gasp, but with no sound.

"What?" Yibo mouths.

Cheng Xiao leans towards him "Who are you and what have you done to my grumpy friend Wang Yibo?"

Yibo mimes hitting her with a palm. "What are you talking about?"

"You've been in high spirits all day." Cheng Xiao jots down some notes on her memo pad before looking at Yibo again. "And you didn't snap at that high school girl with the uncoordinated limbs earlier."

Yibo lets out a pfft, which makes the professor turn around. Yibo lets out a fake cough, says a small sorry, and the professor just turns back toward the board again to finish what he was writing on it. Yibo is a quiet student, always has been. He'll only ever make noise if he's required to do so...or that is what most people thinks. So whenever he unconsciously lets go of himself in public settings, Yibo very easily slides off of the awkward situations, given that people would most likely always believe that he wouldn't do any such troublesome actions.

When he deems it safe to talk again, Yibo turns back to Cheng Xiao and lightly hits her upper arm using the back of his hand.

Ten minutes before the end of the class, the professor addresses the students.

"The week after next week," he begins. "the senior Art students will be holding their exhibit in this building, function rooms one and two. I hope the students here who belong in this department be able to make some time to visit said exhibits and be able to provide feedback. Forms will of course be provided at the entrances."

That's nothing new. It's something that is held yearly, as part of the Art students' final requirements for the semester. As someone from the same department, Yibo knows the procedures well. He just hopes that not a lot of people would flock into the exhibits whenever he would be using the room next door for practice.

"Also, this year we got a little lucky." The professor perks up a little. "One alumnus of ours, who now works as a museum director and art curator overseas, happens to come home in that same week for a business venture. We are able to contact him, and he has agreed to exhibit a few of his pieces in function room three."

Yibo isn't impressed. He looks at Cheng Xiao and sees that she's already looking back at him, making a face. Function room three is their practice room! No one ever comes there for other purposes aside from dance practices and occasional photo shoots. The place is quite frankly, run-down. Its ceilings have collapsed a long time ago, and the walls that frame it have paint peeling. Some days it's even too dusty, Yibo and his crew have to do the sweeping themselves. All in all, it isn't some place that an esteemed alumnus should be showcasing their collection in.

Yibo sighs once he is out of the classroom. He is done for the day. It's only Thursday, but he can't wait 'til the weekend. Albeit fun and productive, this week had been a little too tiring. It is one of his free weekends too, and all he plans to do for Saturday and Sunday is to play games, build Lego, and maybe skateboard a little bit if that park near his place isn't too crowded on Saturday afternoon.

"Yibo!" Yibo's shoulders slump when Cheng Xiao puts one arm around them. She's shorter than Yibo is, so she gives up easily and walks beside him in close distance.
