Chapter 3

Walking side by side, he gazes at you. "What were you doing those passed days F/n-chan?" Oikawa asked as you both made your way to your next class. "And to add, you weren't even at home. Luckily your parents weren't either."

"I was at Kiyoko's, sorry..." You avoided his gaze, feeling guilty from the sudden lie.

Well, it wasn't technically a lie. You really were at Kiyoko's but when he called, it had to be when you were at Kuroo's.

"Oh..." He walks closer.

Oikawa slowly intertwined his hand with yours but before he could, you pulled away. "Is there something wrong F/n-chan?" He asked, he was clearly hurt by what you did. "Hey... I feel like you've been avoiding me lately..."

"Avoiding you?" You repeated.

"Yeah, we don't spend as much time together anymore..."

"We're not together Oikawa..." He stood in front of you.

"You know that I still love you F/n-chan..." Rolling your eyes at the setter, he paused and suddenly pulled you in for a hug.

Pushing him away once again, his eyes widened before he stood back. "I know it's my fault for flirting with other girls but-"

"Right. They motivate you when you're playing. Cool. I understand that. But I'm-was your girlfriend. Wasn't I enough? Did the way I motivate you didn't meet your standards?"

"F/n-"

"I get it. Don't make me repeat what I said that day. You don't have to explain yourself, but don't expect me to act like I'm okay with everything." You sighed before crossing your arms against your chest. "Furthermore, I've been really busy lately.

"Like what I said, I already changed F/n-chan! But I feel like you don't like me anymore..." He sighed.

You froze. "I do like you." Looking away, you continued on walking, trying your best not to look back.

Once he was nowhere in sight, you inhaled deeply trying to disregard what had just happened. But whatever you do... you couldn't stop the aching feeling you feel inside your chest.

You silently sat on the gymnasium floor, suddenly remembering what happened with Oikawa earlier.

Yeah, you like him. You know that he likes you too. But you don't use the word love anymore, because you no longer know what to feel towards him.

We can say... after that incident, you really did grew a little distant.

"I'm your girlfriend Tooru! You shouldn't be flirting with other girls especially when I'm around!"

"F/n-chan, you know that I love you. And I'm only thanking and complimenting them for motivating me... you don't have to worry about them—"

"I don't have to worry?! Aren't I enough?! Huh, Tooru?!"

"F/n-chan... it's not like that..."

"Really? It's not like that? You've been ignoring my calls for the whole week! It's not like that? Fine. I'm breaking up with you."

"F/n-chan—"

"Shittykawa, the game's about to end. Coach wants us to start warming up, get your ass here!"

"Wait F/n-chan!"

Running out of the stadium, you made your way towards the nearest bench.

"What an idiot."

You immediately turn your head to face the person; he clearly had watched the whole thing.

"Kuroo?"

You've known him for a week now. You'd talk every now and then, especially when Tooru's on training week.

Slowly things started to get out of hand...

He slowly walks towards you stopping once he was right in front of your sitting figure. "How long have you been dating him again?" He walks closer and leans in, faces inches away.

You stood up, pushing him away in the process. "Leave me alone. I'm not in the mood to talk right now..."

Grabbing your wrist, he pulled you towards his body. "Forget about him, I'll give you the attention you want... I'll make you feel good, we can both satisfy each other's needs." He placed his free hand on your cheek, caressing your skin with his thumb. "And guess what. We can keep it a secret. It's a win win situation F/n."

You flustered before pushing him away. "You sure?" He smirked.

"Don't be ridiculous! I'm not that type of person—"

"I know what type of girl you are F/n. Trust me, I had my eyes on you since you started dating Oikawa. So what will it be?"

And for some reasons, he managed to make you give in to his urges.

You knew it's wrong... and it isn't you at all. But he's the only person who could make you feel the things Oikawa couldn't...

You we're literally just desperate at that point—

But there's one thing that both of you came into consideration.

No one's allowed to fall in love, cause if either one of you did... it's game over.
