a month later

'i'll be back later.' bryce says getting up out of bed.

'fine.' i say rolling over.

'hey stop that. give me my kiss now.' he says.

i roll over and give him his kiss.

'i promise i won't be long.' he leaves and i get out of bed and walk downstairs.

it's very early but josh is up and made pancakes. i sit down and pick up his fork and take a bite out of his pancake.

'well excuse you.' he says in disbelief. i laugh.

'has a package from you jewelry came in yet?' i ask josh.

'um actually i think it just came in today.' he says handing me a box.

'that's the one. thanks joshy.' say kissing his cheek.

i walk back up to our room and wrap the box. i hope he loves it.

bryces pov

i walk into the doctors and take my seat waiting. im so ashamed of myself. i love her so much i can't believe i would do that.

'bryce hall?' the nurse calls my name.

she takes me to a room and hands me a cup. she instructs me to pee in it. i go to the bathroom and do as told. i hand her the cup after being finished. she tells me she'll send me the results when there in it should be in 2 days.

two days later

i get a letter in the mail and i open it while abbi is in the shower. it's the test results. they came back positive. someone slipped drugs into my drink at the party this weekend. it's gonna get out sooner or later.

and i can't lose her.
