Oh, dear tree
The tall and mighty acacia tree
You are such a beauty
Branches far and wide
Loving arms willing to abide
No need for me to make a stride
And your leaves
Oh, those small and but thick leaves
Giving me shelter when I need a heave
Those pink flowers everywhere
Swiftly dancing like a feather
Cheering my lips like no other
Though the winds blow harder
And my looks grow older
My feelings for you will never wither
'Tis a promise I will keep
Until the time for my eternal sleep
Here in my heart you will always be
My one and only favourite tree
