After the fight was broken up, luke took Michael to the kitchen and Calum took Ashton outside. I stood in the living room for a minute while my brain processed what just happened, when I came to I rushed to the kitchen. Michael was sitting on a stool, holding a ice pack to his cheek while Luke grabbed a bottle of pain killers from the bathroom and left them on the counter by the sink and went outside to see Ashton. I didn't say a word but I could see in his eyes he was dying for me to say something. "Lumina, say something." but what could I say? I just saw the boy I love get into a fight with my friend, my friend who wanted to be more than friends. He reached for my hand and I took it. "I'm sorry." "No you're not, you've wanted to do that since Ashton and I met." "You're right I have but only because I know what kind of person he is,trust me its about time that little asshole got what was coming to him." I rolled my eyes and took my hand back. "What?" "Nothing,I'm going to go check on Ashton." "Why?" "Because he is still my friend, Michael." "I don't know why, he's a asshole." I rolled my eyes and grabbed a few headache pills for Ashton along with a few for me. I took a bottle of water from the fridge and left Michael. When I went outside the first thing I saw was Ashton tilting his head up to stop his nose from bleeding. "Hi." I said sheepishly. He said hi with a smile. "I brought you some medicine." "Thank you." I handed him the pills and the water. He leveled his head, popped the pills and took a swig of the water. Calum came over with a first aid kit and handed Ash a nose plug to stop the bleeding. I  watched him wince as Calum put the plugs up his nose. I instinctively grabbed Ashton 's knee hoping to ease the pain he felt. When it was over Calum handed me a ice pack and left us. I cracked the pack and it instantly started to freeze. I handed it to him to put on his bruised nose. "Ashton, I'm so sorry about this." "Its okay, Lumina. I knew it was coming but im sorry you had to see it." "Its okay." I assured him. "So how's Mike." "His cheek is a little swollen but he's okay." "How are you, are you okay?" "I don't know, honestly,I never wanted any of this to." "Its not your fault." How could he be so sweet when he just got beat up by my boyfriend? Well by whatever Michael and I are. "Thanks, I think I should go home, do you want a ride?" "Sure." I stood up along with him. "I'm going to grab my keys." "Okay." I walked in and Michael was still sitting on the stool. "How is he?" "He's fine, his nose is swollen so he is icing it." "oh, are you leaving?" "Yeah, I'm going to take Ashton home then im going home." "The hell you are, you're not going to take that asshole home." "Yes,I am." "Then I'm going with you I'm not letting you ride alone with him." "No,you are staying here, Michael." I snapped. He grabbed my keys and put them in hoe pocket. "Give me my keys." "No." "Give me the damn keys." I demanded. "No,Lumina, I'm not letting you go with him." "If I want to go then I will go, you are not my boss." "Yeah but I am your boyfriend which means I have a say in where you go." "No you don't, I'm sorry to tell you but thats not how this works. You don't tell me who I can hangout with or where I can go." "Fine, fuck it take your fucking keys and get the hell out." he said tossing my keys to me."Don't talk to me like that just because I'm not giving you what you want." "I said get the hell out." "You know what fine but if you think about calling me to apologize do me a favor, don't." "Don't worry I won't." "You know you can be a real asshole." "Whatever go to your little boyfriend I bet he is waiting for you." "No in fact I don't have a boyfriend, at least not anymore." I scoffed turning on my heels and walked out.
