Ten gazed at the silver-haired boy standing in the doorway. The ugly beige bricks surrounded him, making him stand out against the bleak background.
"Oh. Uh, hey." Ten said, ass still sticking out the window.
"Are you... skipping?" Lucas said, eyeing Ten.
"Something like that," Ten mumbled.
"Oh. Okay. Um... I'll leave then. Sorry."
"Okay..." Ten said quietly.
After last year's incident, things had never been the same between Lucas and Ten. While Ten did miss hanging out with Lucas, it was probably for the best if he treated Ten the way he did.
Ten finished climbing out the window and grabbed his bag. He ran as fast as he could in the general direction of the bus stop, the cold air feeling like a shard of glass dragging down his throat. He didn't want to have to go to work in the first place, but if he worked early he could make some extra cash.
He stopped standing in the middle of the field to catch his breath. That was when he heard someone yell his name. "Chittaphon!"
Shit.
He whipped his head around, greeted by his least favorite teacher running towards him.
Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit!
He got back up and ran twice as fast, finally reaching the fence. The teacher was still close behind him. He stuck his right foot in the hole in the chain-link fence, wincing at the tightness. He pushed himself up. hopping the fence in just the nick of time, the teacher basically on the other side. "I will be contacting your parents you little brat!" He yelled as Ten continued to run towards the bus stop.
Call my parents? Jesus, I'm not 12 Mr. Han. He pulled out his phone to play some music when he sees a text from another one of his least favorite people on Earth.
boss (gag):
your shift is gonna be earlier today. be here by 3:00.
Ten sighed, getting on to the now arriving bus.

Ten walked down the stairs of the dark brick building with a buzzing neon sign spelling out the word "LUSH." Ten sighed and opened the cold metal door. Red lights illuminated the reception and check-in room, another neon sign behind the front desk. Multiple objects were hung up on the walls, supporting the theme of LUSH: a cutesy sex dungeon. Roses, chokers, harnesses, chains, toys, the works.
Ten walked up to the desk, placing his hands on the cool surface. "Hey Ryujin." He said, his voice scratchy from not talking for so long. "Hey babe. Your schedule is packed for today. You gonna be okay?" Ryujin asked, tucking her short hair behind her ear. "I'll be fine. It's nothing I haven't done before, right?" He smiled sadly.
Ten got checked in to the system and headed to the dressing rooms. He dressed himself up in a pair of red lace stockings, red leather booty shorts, and a matching top with a tie. Pleased with how he looked, he sat back down and scrolled through his phone.
He eventually found himself on his school website, looking through the student forum. He checked the recent posts made by the gossiping group of girls of his school: Break-ups, new couples, drama against each other, etcetera. He was scrolling until he saw a title that caught his eye.
New student! Rich and cute!
Ten raised an eyebrow. He clicked the link, curious.
(im about to start some gossip girl shit lmfao)

Ten scoffed at the overly-dramatic post, but he had to admit, he was intrigued. He switched to Safari on his phone, looking up the name. Just as the pictures and description were about to load, there was a knock on the door.
"You're up Ten. Get that ass on that stage." The manager said. Ten internally gagged at his way of getting on stage but obliged anyway.
