Cassius was laying comfortably on the couch as he read. The book he was reading was very interesting, based on magical creatures and monsters written by a man called 'Newt Scamander'.
Cassius lifted his head up slightly when he heard a knock from the front door. "Mum? Somebody's here!" She quickly scrambled out of her art studio, brushing a piece of wavy, honey-coloured hair out of her face, and wiping her hands on the apron she was wearing before she opened the door.
"Is Mister Morales here?" asked the person, She was obviously a female from her tone. She also sounded mature and she had a slight scottish accent to her voice. "Yes, my son is here, why?" she responded, shuffling around on the spot. "I'd suggest we all sit down on the couch and have explained it all there." His mother nodded and moved to the side for the strange woman to walk in.
The woman looked interesting, very tall and had a thin yet strong build. Her black hair was tied up in a tight bun underneath her unnecessarily big hat and she sat in a very regal manner.
"My name is Professor McGonagall, however, you can call me Minerva." She turned to Cassius' mother, a small smile on her face. "I have come to inform you that your son, Cassius, has magical capabilities, and can do things that many other children cannot" she stated.
Cassius' mother was silent for a moment before speaking up "I'm sorry but if this is a religion of some sorts-" The strange professor cut her off quickly, taking out a wand of sorts and bringing two teacups over to where they were, both the cups filling by themselves "Believe me, Rosa" She took a sip from the drink. "this is not a religion I am trying to get you in"
Cassius' mother was stunned, silent. Cassius, however, was extremely interested in this, he could do that too? what else could he do with superpowers like that? "Instead, I am here to tell you, that he is able to go to Hogwarts, a school of witchcraft and wizardry where he can learn more of his magical capability and how to use it"
"Uhm.. professor? Where is Hogwarts?" Minerva smiled softly "Hogwarts is in England, but you don't have to pay for travel, we know that you can't pay that off at the moment in your current financial situation, that will be taken care of"
The young boy smiled a little, tugging at his mother's sleeve "That's awesome!... What will we need to get for school? and where will my mum and I live?" Minerva sent the empty cups of tea onto the kitchen counter with a flick of her wrist.
"You will live at Hogwarts, Your mother can either stay here, or she can move to England and make your trips home quicker, as for your supplies.." She handed him a folded piece of parchment "this has everything you need with the name of every shop you need to go to."
The strange lady stood up, approaching the front door slowly. "Excuse me?" The woman turned "yes?" He showed her the book "is this an accurate representation of the magical world?" She smiled softly "Is it?" and with that, she left with a small 'pop' sound.
Cassius smiled, still facing where she was "goodbye professor"

The parents in the house were occupied. The father reading the Daily Prophet and the mother just finished dinner, calling the boys down to eat.
Patton and Roman, who'd been colouring in Roman's room, came down quickly. Today was their birthday. Well, it was the other quadruplets birthday too, but still! IT'S A BIRTHDAY.
While Patton and Roman had been gushing and chattering excitedly, Logan came down from his room after just finishing a muggle fiction novel.
Virgil came last, walking down the stairs ever so slowly with his hood up and his eyeshadow still on. Halfway while they were eating they heard a coo come from the window which made Patton gasp and smile even wider than he had already done. "It's our letters!" Patton exclaimed, going up to the bird and gently taking the Letters before giving the owl a treat and a stroke, the owl flying away soon after.
Patton walked back to the table with the envelopes in his hands spread like cards, with a look of amazement. Roman quickly hurried up towards Patton and carefully handled his letter. Patton let out a short, exited, squeal when he finished the letter "We're going to Hogwarts guys!"
Logan held the envelope in his hands with a small smile. "Yes. That is Ideal, may I be excused mother?" their mother chuckled and nodded. Logan walked up to his room a little quickly, shutting the door just as quick and to the best of his ability, tried to conceal the drawn out, high pitched squeal that emmited throughout the entire house.
Virgil snickered quietly at Logan, he had always been the serious kid. Well, besides him, he had an obsession with ties and adored muggle contraptions like rubix cubes and even took interest in muggle literature.
It took awhile for Virgil to completely process what had actually happened. He looked up at his parents with a small smile and muttered out a small "cool." Putting his headphones back on and walking to his room, cuddling with his pet cat, Amethyst.
Roman and Patton had both gone to Roman's room, excitedly talking about what their experience at Hogwarts would be like. "Do you think Mum and dad will finally get me a frog?" ((*cough* SVSR *cough*)) Patton asked, bouncing a little on the bed, "Most probably, you're the cutest little puffball we have, I don't think they can resist any longer" Roman responded, a bright grin on his face.
Thomas had already eaten dinner, and he finished washing the dishes as well so he used his spare time catching up on Steven Universe, a show that was recommended to him by one of his cousins, Emile.
To say the least, the Morales and Sanders household were very excited to go to Hogwarts.
