Barry finally let the tears out in the living room while he pulled on his shirt and jacket that were lying on the floor.
Barry could hear Oliver appearing behind him and he had to dry his eyes before facing him. He turned around and Oliver was wearing a StarLabs shirt that most likely was Barry's. He sighed.
"Barry, I'm sorry, I was just overwhelmed by my feelings in there. I could never force you to stay." Oliver said and approached Barry in the living room. "Because I know you can't stay here, but I want you to know that being with you Barry Allen, is what made me happier here than I ever was in your timeline." Oliver continued and cupped Barry's face in his hands. "I love you." He said and Barry felt his heart drop in his chest. Oliver Queen loves him. Sure it might not be real, but still. "And I don't ever want to live in a world without you in it Barry." Oliver continued.
"You won't have to, no matter what timeline, Earth or world we're in - I'm always going to be there when you need me." Barry said and ignored the voice in his head that was yelling at him to leave before he messed up things any worse. "and I love you too." He said and Oliver kissed him fiercely one last time. None of them wanted to be the first to pull away from each other.
Tears rolled down Barry's cheeks as they stopped kissing. "See you soon, Ollie." He whispered and then he ran away. He ran as fast as he could in hopes of erasing the memories of Oliver and him intertwined in bed together. All he could see around him while he was running were the memories of last night, and suddenly he was back to the time right before it all went wrong.
