Type: emitter
This is similar to Denkis quirk except it's emotion based. The lightning is powered of users emotions. And users vains will glow the colour of the lightning as well as the eyes.
Example:
Red- angry
Purple- determination
Blue- sad
White- happy
Drawback: fainting is too much power used
