Island shores (soleil x Tom Nook au)

Chpt. 1

(POV: soleil)
  Tom Nook. The man er... the bear hugging me. He was soft and warm but he could use a work out here and there.
  "Hey, Soleil! So glad you came I got really excited when I heard you actually boarded the ship I sent out."
  "Yeah. . . Thanks for inviting me Tom...  Hey is it just us on this island?" I gulped.
Tom let go of his long hug, he sure had a big grip on me.
"Well, we have you, me, and my two younger cousins! Oh and the pilot driving the cruise ship."
𝐴ℎ 𝐼 𝑠𝑒𝑒, 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑒𝑒 𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑠 𝑝𝑙𝑢𝑠 𝑤ℎ𝑜𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟'𝑠 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝.
"Urk... can I put my stuff away?"
"Of course! I'll help carry everything."
Tom Nook replied and brushed my hair behind my ear. He headed straight to the belly of the ship. 𝐸𝑒𝑘 𝐼 𝑑𝑖𝑑𝑛'𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 ℎ𝑖𝑠 ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑝.
   He came out carrying a good portion of my luggage. I guess he was strong, I'll give him that.
   
Suddenly, two smaller bears popped out of the cruise ship carrying the last of my bags. 𝐴ℎ, 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑏𝑒 𝑇𝑖𝑚𝑚𝑦 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑇𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑦. I could recognize the Nook family anywhere, no doubt about it.
All three of them headed to a well-made house which was strange considering Tom Nook was probably living in that brown tent. Well, I followed them. Not like I had anything else to do just yet.
