Lime green with dark green feet
Had a red cap with a yellow star on it

The yellow star that's on his head shoots a beam of stars and can turn into what he scanned and be able to do whatever it could do, and has what it had as a weapon
When Kirby had a kid, he got split into five different kirbys and Slime was the smallest one, he was just a lime green kirby with a star on its head, when they got some new gear, he bought a hat to cover up the star only causing it to show through it
