My POV
We arrive at the lobby of the hotel and there awaited all of our friends who were all dressed for the slight chilly night.

"Come on you two, we need to find a good spot to be able to see all of the fireworks!" Hairo calls out and I giggle at his enthusiasm.

"Let's get going then!" We follow close behind, the firework display wasn't far from our hotel so we were able to arrive by foot in five minutes.

The place was slightly crowded with variety of food and game stands were set up every where. As well as fairy lights, they were beautifully displayed everywhere and each one emitted a nice glow that illuminated the streets.

We all agreed to separate and buy our food of choice and meet up back near the fountain in 10 minutes.

Of course I departed with Saiki, we both looked around and agreed to eat f/f (favorite food). Thanking the friendly server we head back to our meeting spot with a basket of the food.

Apparently everyone was giving cute little baskets to keep the food warm in this chilly weather.

"Hey Saiki aren't your hands cold?" I rub mine to create heat. He nods as a 'yes' to my question and I smile playfully.

"Well I have the perfect solution!" I grab his hand and intertwine mine with his. Then I place both of our hands in the pocket of his black jacket.

I could feel his body tense at the sudden act of affection. I smirk at his shocked but flustered face and giggle.

"Now for sure we will warm up!" I teasingly say and he simply nods. He couldn't trust his words to come out normally from all the affection he's receiving.

We sat on the edge of a fountain and await for the others. For the first time we were the first to arrive at the meeting spot.

The silence between us was calming, and the chatter of the people around us distracted us from each other.

"Saiki, are we dating now?" I look at him and he's already staring right back me.

"Of course we are, I wouldn't be letting you hold my hand if we weren't." He lightly flicks my head and I wince from the the slight pain.

"Haha you're right, I just needed reassurance!" I give him a cheeky smile.

"Hey guys!" Hairo greets us while holding two baskets full of food. The huge amount was slightly frightening.

"Hey Hairo, you sure bought lots of food." I motion with my pointer finger towards his baskets of food.

"Oh this isn't mine, I helped Mera with half of her load of food. Apparently they were handing out samples and many discounts in some sketchy corner." He smiles happily and I tense at the thought of her just buying random food from a sketchy corner.

"Are you sure the food is safe?" I question him and he shrugs. "They seemed sketchy but the food looks quite appetizing. Either way I can't stop Mera when it comes to food." He laughs lightly but his eyes land on our intertwined hands.

Following his gaze and see that he's noticed my hand in Saiki's pocket, but before he could ask anything the rest of the group appears. And there came Mera with two other large baskets in her hands.

"Took you guys long enough," I tease and stand up from the edge of the fountain we were sitting on, I also let go of Saiki's hand before anyone else could spot our secret. "We should hurry and find a table to sit in, the shows about to start!" They all nod with smiles on their faces, I go to grab my basket of food but Saiki has already beaten me to it.
