Part 9

Sonakshi stood in the midway of the corridor with so many emotions gushing over her entire being. She didn't register anything except for the man standing infront of her. The man she once loved, heck she still loved him. One whole year of longing to at least see him once,at least once before this lifetime ends because she had no hopes remaining about meeting him again. All she now wanted was to run into him and hug him and get loose in his embrace.She felt something stuck at her throat, her heart beated against her ribs so fast and his eyes, stuck at her eyes and not moving anywhere else.
He looked worn out and grown years old to this one year.she needed no other proof to know his suffering. She felt the tears she daily shed for him coming back to the her eyes,struggling to flow out any moment now. Her lips quivered and she was frozen on her track unable to think of what to do next.
That day,before leaving him she asked to prove his love for her,by staying away and never trying to reach her. But she alone knew it was not asking for proof, it was a punishment she was giving. It was a punishment she was giving not only to him but also to her. But still the broken trust was trying to overpower the love she securely kept for him, only for him. She didn't want to fall weak once again, love makes you weak that's it. She gulped and tried to clear her throat. He advanced to her after so much of effort and as he was about to reach her she raised her hand asking him to stop right there.
"Toh maahan surgeon Rohit sippy ne kiya hein ye operation?" She asked.rohit shut his eyes feeling that she has never walked pass that past. She started to give a mocking laugh looking around.
"Arey koi nurse ko doondlo,pen aur paper chahiye yaa. Pichli baar toh teen lakh ki fee demand kiya so I am sure ek saal ke baad aur bhi bada hua hein aapka demand? Kyun? Aaj nahi kahenge ki aap apna duty kar raha tha? aaj shaam tak cheque jama karna hoga hein na?"
"sona bas. Ye kya paagalpan hein. Rohit tumare paapa ko bachaane keliye aaya hoon. Jisse sab doctors neh back off karchuke hoon,wahi karneke liye mumbai se itni short notice pe aachuke hoon. Uske toh kadar karo kamse kam."
"Kadar kar sakti thi mein nethra ji.kadar kar sakthi thi agar koi aur hua toh. Lekin is insaan pe toh mujhe koi barosa nahi.  of course koi aim lekar aaya hoga. Kyun? Aaj kya badla lene ka plan hein aapka?"   
"sona ye ek hospital hein yaha tamasha mat create karo ok... rohit ko kuch pata nahi ta. Mujhe dekkar..." 
"Rehene deejiye nethra ji...sonakshi ko bolne deejiye. Aaj bhi gussa khatam nahi hua hein uski.... toh jo bhi chahiye kehene deejiye usse....mein sunne keliye taiyyar hoon...." rohit said,yet having his eyes fixed on her.
"Zyaada kuch nahi hein mujhe bolne ki. Ek saal se pehele jo so called bade baat karta tha tum ne. Pyaar hein mujhse aur prove karna chata hoon wo sab wagera..." she said looking into his eyes, his eyes were brimming with tears and she felt a dragger in her heart seeing that.she still talked bearing all her emotions in.
"lekin dekho.kese aaya waapas. Pata ta mujhe aur bata bi di mein tume ki tum kabhi prove nahi kar payega tumari pyaar,kyun ki prove karne keliye toh pyaar hona chahiye pehele,jo kabhi nahi hua tume mujhse."
Rohit who beared all this all this time, advanced to her and before she even stopped him he took hold of her into his arms,grabbing her shoulders.
"Ek saal sonakshi. Poora ek saal eise yuhi nahi betke bitaadiya ghar pe mein. Tumne jo kaha wahi kiya mein neh. Ker chod lo uske baare mein nahi baat karte. But kya hein ye sab. Kya kya batana hoga tumse aur? Kisse pyaar kar raha hoon mein aur kitna kar raha hoon? Kitna kuch aur bataana hoga mujhe? Lekin mere pyaar mein sawal mat utao. Mat utao sawal jiske baare mein tume koi andaaza tak nahi hein.do you get that?"
Rohit said,shaking her in his arms. It was then when raima came running there.
"Ro,What is going on? What is happening here why are you both fighting?"
"Ye kaun hein pata nahi ti tume? "  rohit snapped at her.
"Ye maamu ki beti hein ro,I too met her awhile back. I only sent her here. But what is this?"   She asked in a confusion.
"Raima,yeh sonakshi hein." He snapped back again and sonakshi felt a tug hearing the name he said.
It's raima. This is her. The girl whom she got introduced as her sister awhile back,is actually raima.raima,The one he was madly in love with.the one who he planned taking revenge from me for. And what kind of plan has destiny taken for us? She looked at them two together. Have they met again? So this one year, it was enough for him to actually move on from me. So when she went to bring him as she heard, he actually came. So rohit, raima ki sunta hoon? Toh un dono waapas...she felt as if her legs going numb. So she actually lost him? She felt the words he said awhile back ringing in her ears again.
"But kya hein ye sab.Kya kya batana hoga tumse aur?Kisse pyaar kar raha hoon mein aur kitna kar raha hoon? Kitna kuch aur bataana hoga mujhe? Lekin mere pyaar mein sawal mat utao. Mat utao sawal jiske baare mein tume koi andaaza tak nahi hein.do you get that?"
There it is. So it isn't me. It is no longer me.The pain of loosing him before one year, then today seeing him back again, and then seeing him with her. All these made her heart crumble again and again. The last time wounds are still new but here comes some deeper draggers to break her forever? But will he ever do that? His eyes said otherwise. Deep down when he was begging her last time she knew he actually would have loved her despite having plans on a revenge. Yet she walked away because she lost trust in him,in her,in them and in everything with what happened over that one night. But now their equations changed,there is an addition of raima. Wait now raima is not the addition, but she herself is. Raima toh hamesha se rohit se judi hui thi,mein toh ek hatsa ti,ek coincidence ti shaayad.
She came back to the reality, as she saw rohit and raima talking about something. She didn't clearly hear what was going on but a lone tear escaped her eyes seeing them yet together. They looked like a match made in heaven, though even the thought of it made her whole being cringe in pain.
Year ago,when she walked away, she carried a little hope in her that he will come back one day, but today she had to walk back knowing that he and her,they are never going to happen.may be that time he would have loved her.but now he would not,because the one he loved the most is back with him again.
She took a step back and turned away from the yet talking couple.

Rohit looked at the walking away sonakshi. For goodness's sake not this time. He looked at raima in a confusing manner.
"Kahaan jaa rahi hein wo....."   he asked from himself.
"You are so stupid ro,after so long you met her and tumne teek se baat bhi nahi kya hein usse ab tak? Are you dumb or what...."   asked raima.
"Rohit jaao usse rokho. Aaj nahi to kabhi nahi... "  Said nethra.
"Nethra ji aapko pata hein wo kahaan reheti hein?"
"Nahi wo abhi abhi aaya hein chandigarh.delhi mein reheti thi. Lekin yahaan kahaan reheti hein pata nahi.....I'll call you if I get to know ok."
"rai mujhe jaana hein...ok bye." raima nodded and stared at the running rohit, and wished that he will get he truly loved.
rohit ran down the stairs trying to trace her.
He saw her form walking away.
"Sonakshiiiii"
He screamed trying to stop her.she never looked back and got into a taxi and drove away.
He stared at her leaving,breathlessly.his world felt crashing down once more. Please sonakshi do not do this to me. Please don't. He felt weak in his knees.he bent down and soon his vision started blurring with tears.

Rohit entered the hotel room. He felt so broken. She entered like a storm,and left like in no less. Come on , this is not how it was supposed to be. I wanted to hold her and tell her off that this is it and we cannot be apart any more. I wanted to tell her that I stayed in the way she wanted but it should be over now.
I am not wrong, I saw her longing in those eyes. I saw pain in her eyes. She has gone down a lot and looked worn out and I know she suffers as much as I did. This is no drama we are living in a real life,we both know that we love each other yet so we ought to be together. Let me meet her once, I will not loose her this time.
Delhi mein reheti ti.
So ok then, I will turn the whole delhi upside down to trace her.whereever she is going to be,I'm going to get to her and have her for me,for the whole life time.he felt his anxiety kicking in. His hands started shivering. He got up trying to pour in a glass of water. He gulped it down and wetted his tee shirt too. He was so tensed.
"Rohit Sir...." entered Ravi.
"Ravi....Ravi....wo....sonakshi ko mila mujhe ravi...teek mere aakhon ki  saamne aayi thi wo. Ravi wo operation jo mein neh abhi abhi kiya....wo uski paapa tha...Ravi.... is haaton se mein unhe hold kiya....mein sach kehe rahoon...mera wishwaas karo... sach mein...wo thi ravi....wo sonakshi thi..."
"Sir sunita neh bataayi mujhe.nethra madam ki call aaya hein aur wo sab doond raha hein didi ko. Aap chinta mata karo Sir...kahaan se bhi doondlenge...."  
"Ravi...Ravi iss baar mein usse  ko nahi sakta.. please...iss...baar nahi ko sakta....."
"Haa Sir... nahi honga eisa... pehele yeh dawaayi lo sir... please..."
He pleaded him and then made rohit have it with so much of difficulty.
"Ravi....sonakshi na...wahaan delhi mein reheti hein...waha chali hein shaayad...tum jal se jal ticket karwalo delhi jaane ka... jal se jal nikhalnaa hein..."
"Aap taiyyar ho jao Sir...mein jaldi aaunga..." ravi assured him,leaving.
Rohit sat down on the chair,drowning his head in his hands and dragging his hair in pain.

After two hours where Ravi could finally get the tickets done, rohit got a call from him to come downstairs. He took his bag and came to the elevator. He was in such a rush since the elevator is slow,so he ran down the stairs.
He took two floors down the way and was about to take the bend to the next stairs when a familiar voice stopped him in the tracks.
He looked around and kept his bag at the corridor and started walking towards the side he was hearing the voice from. And he stopped as he came to the place, a half way opened door to a suite.
"Sona.Har baar cheez tumari hisaab se nahi hoga...mein abhi rohit ko phone lagakar bolungi ki tume mila mujhe...aur wo saroor ayenga yahan.."
"nethra ji please. Usse Mujhe aur baat nahi karne hein. Pichli baar mein sad kuch chod kar delhi aachuki thi.... ek saal itna mushkil se bitaaya....kitni baar marneki man kar rahi thi pata hein aapko... paapa mila so I tried to stay on my senses to look after him. Otherwise I would have died in pain...." sonakshi who was packing her stuff back was answering nethra even without looking at her. 
"Baat kahaan se kahaan tak lekar jaati hoon tum sona. Ab kya problem hein, rohit aachuka hein,baat karo aur ye sab solve karlo..."  
"Kya solve karna hein... kuch bhi toh nahi...rohit se mein ne us din saaf saaf kehediya ki agar mujhse pyaar karte hein toh mere baare mein kuch bhi pata laganeka koshish mat karna chahiye aur mujhse milne ke bhi mat aana chahiye...lekin dekh liya aapneh,apna waada bhi nahi nibhaaya usne.. "
"Ussne toh ek saal tak apna waada nibhaya sona. ghar se bhahar nahi nikhla.apna kaam tak nahi kar raha tha. Mujhe sab pata hein Kyunki sunita mujhe roz bol rahi thi ki Rohit was turning worse day by day.yes indeed you punished him by placing some conditions infront of him but How long could you stay without him? Ek mehene bhi nahi rehe paayi tum. Har mehene call karke uski haal chaal poochti thi tum.Kehene keliye ek challenge ya koi punishment diya tum usse, lekin suffer tum bhi kar rahi thi sona. So please don't start saying some stupid excuse like this to walk away from him again....I am sure this is not the reason you just left from the hospital. "
Rohit was about to cry looking at sonakshi's face from a distance. He was right, she too suffered so much by staying apart but her suffering is much more than he thought. If you couldn't live without me then why did you tell me to do this,sonakshi? He thought in silence.
"will you tell me now? Iss tarha jaaneki faida kya hein. Sona Kya pata hum sab kab tak jiyengi? Don't you want to stay happy in this little time that we have been given to live? Why are you running and that too away from the man who has all the reasons to be with? "
"Nethra ji paapa bhi teek hua hein ab lekin uske saat rehene keliye toh nahi dunga uske gharwaale mujhe so yahan mera koi kaam nahi hein.... issliye behetar hoga ki mein ab yahaan se nikhal jau."
"Baat palatna mat sona.yahaan tumari aur rohit ki baat ho raha hein so don't change the topic. I am asking you why are you running away from him again. Mujhe sab sach batao,kyun jaana chati hoon tum iss tarha phir? Zingdagi itna achcha mauka diya hein tum dono ko aur tum iss tarha..." 
"Zingdagi mujhe nahi waapas mauka rohit aur raima ko diya hein nethra ji. Mein kaun hoti un dono ki beech mein aane waali...haa ye hein meri asli reason iss tarha  jaane ke.issliye mein jaa raha hoon. Pyaar toh kiya hoga rohit ne mujhse, lekin pehele mila toh raima se hein na. Rohit marta ta usske yaadein par. Ab un dono waapas milchuke hoon aur mujhe beech mein aakar rohit ki man mein koi confusion peheda nahi karna hein nethra ji. He might get into the guilt of not being able to leave me even though he might want to go to raima.aur anjaane mein aaj tak mein apni behen ke pyaar se pyaar kar beti hoon aur mujhe eise karna bilkul nahi chati....issliye ja rahaa hoon mein. Ab mila aapki sawaal ki jawaab? Ab mein jau?"
Rohit stared at her in shock. What is she talking about?Raima ke wajese jaana chati hoon tum sonakshi? Seriously. He gazed at all this in disbelief.
"What rubbish is this? Rohit aur raima ke beech Aisa kuch bhi nahi hein sonakshi. Raima uski past hein aur uski alaawa kuch bhi nahi hein. Aur ye behen wagera kya hein are you mad? Serial karte karte tumari dimaag karaab hogayi hein shaayad. Apne pyaar,uske pyaar,kurabaan kya hein ye sab. Are you mad? Haa rohit se galti hua hein manti hoon mein. Usse sazza bhi mila aur usne wo sab bhukat chuka hein ab. Ek saal beet  gaya hein aur kitna aur intezaar karna hein tume haa? Ye asal zindagi hein sona. Jaha tum rohit se aur rohit tum se pyaar karta hoon. Uske zyaada aur kuch matter nahi karti... "
"Eisa aapko lagta honga nethra ji. But mein rohit ko janti hoon. Aksar apni dil ki baat kissi se share nahi karte hein wo.Mein aur Veena aunty ke alaawa kissi ko rohit ki dil ki baat samj nahi sakte.So I know how much he loved raima.Mujhe un dono ke beech nahi aani hein. Shaayad pichli janam mein koi galti hua hoga mujhse,jiske wajeise iss janam mera pyaar mujhe nahi milenge. Lekin iss janam mein bhi mujhe wahi bhooli nahi karna hein aur issliye jaana chati hoon... so please mujhe jaane deejiye...please jaane deejiye mujhe mein bohot tak chuka hoon ab..." she said with tears flowing down her eyes. And this was it for rohit. He couldn't and he wouldn't bear it anymore. Be it whatsoever now. It's us who have to talk this off.
He pushed open the door full,it went and hit the wall making them both look at the doorway and they stared at him in shock.
"Jaane deejiye usse nethra ji. Jaane deejiye kyun ki...." he said advancing towards sonakshi and reaching her in no time and bent towards her who was having her shocked eyes stuck with him.
"Ab ye jahaan bhi jaayengi srif mujhe hi payengi...." he concluded.
Nethra sighed in relief.
"Tum yahaan kyun aaya? Kisiki kamre mein yuhi gusjaati hoon tum.kya badtameezi hein yeh?" Sonakshi asked from him.
"Nethra ji?" Asked rohit ignoring sonakshi's words.
"Yes?"
He turned to nethra for a while.
"Agar aapke ijaazat ho toh mein apni almost biwi se thodi baat kar sakta hoon?"
Nethra nodded. Almost biwi. Nethra knew that now rohit himself will take care of the matter.
"Sure." She nodded with a smile, leaving to the doorway.
"Thanks." He said walking behind her.
"Aur haa,niche Ravi honga. Usse please Batado ki wapas mumbai jaane keliye. Mujhe bohot dher honga wapas lautne mein." He said, as sonakshi stared in a complete amazement from behind, how can he be so normal.
Nethra left with a big smile. Good luck sona. This guy will treat you right.
Rohit hung the "do not disturb" note outside the door knob and closed the door behind him, not forgetting to double lock it.

Sonakshi felt her heart racing than ever with each step that he took towards her.
"Haa toh kahaan thi hum? Badtameezi,right?" He smirked.
Standing right infront of her,almost very little gap between them he spoke again.
"Badtameezi toh mein ab tak shuru bhi nahi kiya hein sonakshi."
"Kya chata hein tume rohit?" She asked as she felt breathless and anxious. No matter how much she tried to get hold of herself their close proximity that too alone after an year, seemed not to let her do that.
"Tum." He answered in one flat go.she had her breath hitched at his answer but she decided to play the brave face which in her guess would be the trumph card for her.little did she know.
"Huh? Kyun koi aur nahi mila kya? Wahi useless actress ki paas kyun aagaye aap? Aapke standards se kaafi Alag hoon mein surgeon sippy. Oh raima aayi ti na waapas, perfect match for you,what are you doing here then? Jaao uske paas jaao."
He let her speak staring at her while making his eyes tiny and a sarcastic smile on his face. If she is coming that way, I will play this too. I will break the ice between you and me today sonakshi. You don't stand a chance now.
"Kya baat hein. Ek saal gayi lekin dialogues toh aaj bhi bohot achche marti hoon tum? Wow. I am impressed."
"I live in reality, dialogues nahi chahiye. Sach hi toh batadiya mein neh."
"Nethra ji aur tumari sab baat sunliya hein mein neh,for your information. Aur kitna reality mein rehete ho tum wo to aasani se dekh liya mein neh,just by listening to that."
"ye mazaak keliye time nahi hein meri paas. Mujhe jaana hein aur I'm sure tume bhi isse achcha kaam hoga..."
"haa isse achcha kaam toh hein,lekin wo bhi tumari saat hi karna hein.Wo pehele karke baad mein baat karte phir? Ya baat karke baad mein kare wo so called  isse achcha kaam?" He asked starting into her eyes with that never changing smirk.
She couldn't stand that.if this happens a little bit further he might really know how much she still loves him. Oh well he heard everything so he might already know. But whatever.
Sonakshi started to walk past him. At the last moment he grabbed her arm and dragged her back to him. He held her shoulders tight from either side and looked into her eyes.
"Ek baar mein yeh galti karchuka hoon tume jaane dekhar.....lekin wapas kabhi mein uss galti nahi karoonga.Haa mein Ek saal se kahi nahi gaya,sub kuch chod diya. Akehele guzra har pal.kyun ki tum ne jo condition daali mere uppar, chahe kitna bhi mushkil hein wo poora karneka waada diya mein apne aapse."
"Jooht mat bolo.Kahaan poora kiya aap apna waada? Toh yahaan kyun aaya? You should have stayed at home as usual. Lekin nahi. Aaya toh taa naa?"
"haa mein aaya yahaan, pata nahi taa tumare paapa hein wo. Pata nahi tha lekin aaya tha, agar pata hota toh isse pehele aajata kyun ki wo tumari paapa hein,dubara usko khone nahi dunga tume. Aaj infact I am glad I could do this sonakshi,because I could do it for you, unknown or not I did it for you. And I definitely do not regret doing that.But stop this now,stop trying to get rid of me now. For goodness's sake stop that now."
He said shaking her in his arms.
Sonakshi let him have his way for a moment.
"Kya karu mein sonakshi? Ab aur kya chahiye tume? I cannot live in this guilt forever. I will not be able to. So please please. Please forgive me."
Sonakshi stared at him. She was about to give in seeing all those tears brimming in his eyes but she remembered raima. What will happen to her? Yes I do love this man. Does he love me too,though still? but raima? He should be with the one he loved the most,the first? Shouldn't he? She looked down a bit and then at him.
"Haa teek hein. I am being a fool now, ek baat se latak ke bohot dramatic ho rahi hoon mein. I am sorry. Chalo tume maaf kiya, ab tum jaa sakte hoon." She said looking into his eyes.
"What do you mean jaa sakta hoon? Kahaan?" He looked confused with her sudden change in mood.
"jahaan aapko hona chahiye."
"Sonakshi now this is ridiculous. What are you trying to say.Do you actually think that raima....."
"Haa Rohit. Raima waapas laut ke aayi hein. Wo ladki ke liye din raat tadpaaya hein tum. Rota tha usse yaad karke. Kya kuch nahi kiya usse wapas dekhne mein,aur lane mein? Aaj wahi ladki tumari saamne hein rohit,meri wajeise tum apna pyaar kyun ko dhu? Uske saat tum bohot kush rahenga rohit.Please don't have the guilt of having to leave me. and  don't just be with me for the sake of it.  "
Rohit stared at her. What will I do with her now. Seriously.
"Sonakshi tum....I really have no idea what even is running in your mind.haa raima waapas aachuke hein aur mein bohot kush hoon usse waapas dekkar aur....."
Sonakshi stared at him.There we are. No matter what nethra ji said,I was right.he still loves raima  the same.  How unfortunate am I? I waited till we solve one matter but even though I forgave him, yet I cannot have him.
"Rohit please.mujhe nahi jaana aur nahi sunna hein aur kuch.Tume wahan hona chahiye jahaan tum bohot kush hoga...so please...."
He cupped her face and looked into her eyes.
"Mein already wahaan hoon sonakshi,Mein already wahaan hoon.Believe me. Just this once,believe me."
She felt a sob escaping her throat,locked in his palms like this.
"poch gaya hoon mein apni manzil.aur wo tum hoon. please bharosa karo mujhpar sonakshi. Bharosa karo mujhpar....bharosa...."
He kept his forehead against hers and whispered,begged and mumbled all in one to her.
She took her away from him,making him look at her in disbelief. Now she is taking this to a whole another level, he thought.
"Rohit mujhse peheli tum raima se mili,yaad hein? Usse pyaar ki?"
"Pehele yaa baad mein ki baat se koi farak nahi padta.farak srif isse padta hein ki mein ab kisse pyaar karta hoon aur kiski saat meri zindagi bitaana chati hoon, tum baat kyun nahi samajti?" He asked her in return.
"bohot roya ta tum uske liye rohit."
"Haa toh roya ta.jab tak tum meri zindagi mein aayi thi tab tak uske liye rota ta mein neh.lekin tum nahi dekhi ki mein tumare liye tumari yaademein kitna rota ta..aaj bhi rota hoon lekin tume toh koi andaaza nahi hein uske baare mein.... "
"Suffer karoonga phir se tum rohit. Suffer karoonga uske bina...."
"Chaar saal uske bina rehete wakt tum aayi thi naa meri zindagi mein? Yaad karke dekho mere halat kesa ta uss wakt.Yaad hein tume? Us wakt mere halat,ab aaj iss halat se behetar ta kamse kam. dekho mere taraf. Dekho mera halat tumari bina sonakshi. What do you think? When have I suffered more? Back then or in this one year?" He screamed at her.
While sobbing so hard,She realized that all her love was now on her surface. He made her go speechless and now she honestly had nothing to do. He would catch her red handed any minute now. He had tears rolling down his cheeks.though he was angry he was similarly feeling so broken and all what he wanted to do was have her in his arms and cry his heart out.
"We have lost one year already sonakshi. Aur mat karo eisa. I want us. And I know that you nee d us as much as I do. Ab toh maaf karo mujhe sonakshi. Please. Please. Please. I cannot live without you. Mein aur nahi rehe paunga tumari bina please."
She had nothing to deny. It's clear that he, Rohit sippy loved only and only her.he was right,one year of wait,She had made him suffer and she herself too suffered in the process.
How could I have given him so much pain? true that things got ugly,but I shouldn't have done this to him. I should have come back at the first moment that I started to miss him!!! She felt ashamed for all what she said at him and snapped at him today.She started to walk away from him and then only she knew that he grabbed her and pinned her to the wall next. He stared at her eyes in direct and body blocked her from himself.
"Nahi sonakshi aaj nahi.aaj ye baat khatam karke bina hum dono se kissi bhi yahaan se nahi jaungi.naa mein.naa tum.dekho mere taraf aur sunlo ye sab. Got it? Kuch mat kaho srif sunlo.... "  she came under his control without any hassle. This was it. He cupped her face tracing her tears and wiped them off from his thumbs. They were so close that their breath mingled with each other.
"Ye ek saal mein ek din bhi nahi sauya mein neh. Jab bhi aakh bhand karta hoon uss raat tumari lifeless body haat mein liya hua us pal saamne aata hoon mere. Yahaan wahaan aas paas sab jaga tumhari aawaz sunaayi deta ta...kahi se bhi tume doondke hamesha keliye apna banane ke chahat mein ta mein neh.ek saal mein har pal mar mar ke jee raha ta. Ye umeed lekar ki shaayad... shaayad ek din tum milenge mujhe wapas.tumse zyaada koi maksat,koi aur manzil nahi ta mujhe...kasam kaata hoon sonakshi me apne jaan par,tumse shuru ho kar mere zindagi tum par khatam hota hein." He confessed as tears flew down both their faces.
"Bohot baar kehene ke koshish ki. Tumne suna bhi hein lekin uss wakt haalat alag thi. Aaj phir kehe raha hoon sonakshi.tum jo bhi sochti hein I don't really care. All I know is that I love you.I love only and only you.srif tumse karta hoon mein pyaar,nahi hein koi aur meri zindagi mein. Abhi nahi.kabhi nahi. Tumare alawa koi bhi nahi.do you get that?"
He asked in one go. She was fixed to his eyes and to his arms. She felt her whole being on fire and ice at the same time when he said those words, how much did she want to end it here and tell him what she felt too.And it was the time to give in.
"Rohit...."
The way she sounded, at that moment, was something he never was going to forget. He stared at those beautiful eyes among his tears,and he knew that they were both in this together. He started to cry like a little one.
"Please sonakshi. Ab bohot...bohot hogaya nahi? Please mujhe wapas chod ke mat jaana.j...jee nahi paunga tumari bina...mujhe tumari saat hi rehena hein, I..I want to grow old with you....I want to have babies with you I want to bring them up with you and I just ...just want to be with you...lekin aa.aaj bhi tum sazza dena chati hein toh..toh apne paas mujhe rakkar do mujhe jo bhi sazza tum dena chati hoon. B...bas mujhe apne aapse alag mat karo... please....mujhe ch...chod ke mat jaao...." 
he started sobbing against her palms which she cupped his face from. She sobbed along with him seeing this broken form.
"Nahi rohit. Please.Please rona mat.Please do not. Dekhiye meri taraf.saamne hoon tumari mein aur.....aur kahin nahi jaaonga ab tumse dhoor.koi sazza koi dhooriyan nahi hogi ab.yeh sab khatam hein aaj se...iss pal se...nahi honga koi dooriyan...I trust you on my life rohit. I trust you on my life."
Rohit couldn't help himself crying more. This was all the pain he held to share only with her,coming out infront of her in an unstaoppable way.she hugged him to her chest as he started to sob so hard, and she kept sending her fingers among his hair,planting kisses in between those. She let him cry as much as he wanted and cried along with him ending all the pain they carried till now in their hearts.as he sobbed harder she cupped his face and made him look at her, wiping his tears she started talking again and he stared at her with love and pain both.
"I am sorry rohit,I am sorry mein neh tumari ye halat karwaadi....mere wajese...mere wajese ye sab kuch se suffer karna hua tume....I am sorry I am so sorry....aaj ke baad mein kabhi nahi karunga eisa rohit. iss tarha hamesha tumari kareeb honge aur kabhi nahi jaungi tume chod ke...kabhi nahi..." She started planting kisses over his eyes,taking his tears away. He closed his eyes,feeling the love that he missed,he yearned day and night to have from her. She didn't stop,she kept on planting feathery kisses all over his face, not letting him be away even for a second. She finally got to be with him in all senses and the worry of not having him for th whole life time,thus faded away.
in one moment,their equation changed all over. As rohit felt her breath against his skin he held her waist,and pinned her hard to the wall they both were leaning already on. Their eyes closed as he took her lips to an earth shattering kiss. All the longing consumed them and they lost control over everything within seconds and their kiss turned intense and passionate. Her hands travelled around his nape and her fingers interlocked beneath it. And they fought for dominance as time halted in one place.
After parting away,probably so many minutes or what later, he looked at her who was crimson red blushed and still in closed eyes. She was breathing fast against his embrace and he tucked her hair behind her ear.
"Weise...wo so called isse achcha kaam bhi kar sakta hein hum...kyun..."
She snapped open her eyes.
"hawww.......tumari badmaashi toh kam nahi hua thoda sa bhi..."
"Shh..zyaada bolo mat sonakshi. Yaad nahi mein neh kya kahaan,my almost biwi."
"Haa I was going to ask you...what was that? Nethra ji ki saamne bhi....kitna besharam hoon tum rohit..."
"Kis baat ki sharam karna hein? Kya sharam,What sharam? Shaadi ki alaawa sab kuch hua hein hum dono ki...aur ye..."
he raised her left hand and pointed at her ring finger.
"The ring that I put on your finger that day..wo abhi bhi hein yahaan..."
She winked her eye and bit her lip in embarrassment.
"Tum to sab kuch chupaane ke koshish ki thi sonakshi,lekin ye choti si par sab se important cheez chupana toh bhoolgayi.wo dekte hi mujhe pata chal gaya akhir tumare man mein kya chupa hua hein....Toh keise kahunga tum ki tum mera almost biwi nahi hoon haa?"  He asked huskily with the usual Rohit sippy smirk. She blushed harder mentally needing to slap herself.
"Stop biting your lip like that for goodness's sake. Kahi mein apna control ko kar naa bete yahaan pe..."
"Toh kissne bataya control mein hone keliye aapko, doctor surgeon?" She asked with a mischievous smile. He stared at her in a downright amazement and took her into his arms and carried her to the bed.
As their breath mingled,they got closer and closer and started to feel each other like two newly weds. So much of kisses and making-out- hard-s to cover up whatever they have missed were not enough for both of them. He claimed her lips again as he exposed her little by little. soon he rested his head on her bosom and asked his favorite question at his favorite embrace.
"Ek din bhi nahi sauta ta ek saal se.mein so jau?"
She kissed his forehead with a nod and started chuckling.
"What is so funny in that ms.Rastogi?" He asked making a face.
"Itna romantic moment pe bhi sau jana. Ye toh srif surgeon sippy kar sakta hein seriously... kya rohit...itna boring nikhla mere saat romance karna...."
"To mein kya karu...yaha pe ekdam pillow ki feeling aaraha hein..."
"whaaaat!!!"
He started laughing making her angry.
"chalo mujhe nahi karne hein baat tumse rohit."
"Haa toh mat karo.Kal mein officially tume biwi banaate wakt let's see how you stop yourself from taking my name, more like moaning my name, mrs.sonakshi rohit sippy...."
She started hitting him here and there but he held her hands locked to his and rolled her underneath and came atop her.
"aaj mrs banaadu ya kal?"
He asked rubbing his nose against hers.
"Kal teek hongi hein naa,kehete hein naa ki sabar ka pal meeta hota hein..." she said in a flirting tone.
"Par ye bhi kehete hein ki forbidden fruit is the sweetest." He smirked.
"Rohit...."
He silenced her with a kiss sealed on her lips.
