Betrayal

Brody's POV

We walked for a while while grabbing a star fruit for Susie and Susie gave it to Lancer instead. "Look everyone! We can see the castle" Ralsei said and I nodded "Yeah that's where I live. Me and my...uh...dad.." Lancer said "What's that black thing emerging from the top...?" Susie asks "That's the FOUNTAIN Susie! If we can get there..." Ralsei said "You and Brody will finally be able to go home!" He said "Jeez took long enough" Susie said "Brody, Lancer, let's go!" She said and I nodded and we walked till Lancer spoked "Are you sure there....isn't another way home?" He asks "The FOUNTAIN is being guarded right now. If you try to go there, um...you might...get hurt. And..." he said "What? C'mon Lancer. NO ONE's gonna beat a team like us!" Susie said "If anyone gets in our way all we gotta do...is crush them" she said and Lancer started acting strange and he ran away and Susie went after him "S-Susie wait....!" Ralsei said and we went after them and we caught up to Susie Lancer went inside the castle locking the door and we got surrounded and we were knocked out.

When we woke up Ralsei and I were alone in a cell and we wondered where Susie is. Ralsei and I had a heart to heart when we heard Susie from another cell trying to solve a puzzle and Ralsei told me to help her and so I did and Susie was able to get out her cell "Brody why don't you try to relax, close your eyes and think what Susie is doing now" Ralsei said and I nodded closing my eyes.

Third Person POV

Susie heard Lancer's voice but had to do another puzzle and she did it by herself and went through and ran into Lancer "Lancer?" Susie asks "S-Susie? What are you doing here...?" Lancer asks suprised "Lancer, Brody and Ralsei are still locked up..." Susie said "I....I know. I was the one who told my troops to put you down here" Lancer said looking away "To keep you here. Forever" he said "You wanted to get rid of us...?" Susie asks "I thought we were a team" She said feeling betrayed "I....I can explain, Susie..." Lancer said looking at her "Nah. It's fine you don't have to say anything. I....get it you know" Susie said "Why would anyone....really wanna be my friend anyway?" She asks and then demanded Lancer to move aside but when he refused she started a fight.

Despite Susie attacking Lancer refused to hurt her and only threw attacks nowhere near her and eventually Susie couldn't keep fighting, she can't bring herself to hurt Lancer and after talking she promised they wouldn't fight Lancer's dad instead talking their way out and Lancer said he'll talk to his dad and he and Susie were friends again.

Susie then went to Brody and Ralsei's cell to find Brody resting on Ralsei's lap "Um...." Susie said as she opened the door "O-oh! Susie. Brody wake up" Ralsei said.

Brody's POV

I yawned and got up "Oh susie. Did something happen?" I asked "I-uh nevermind that come on let's go" Susie said and we nodded and got out. When we found an elevator I decided to save.

*You are back together and closer to the fountain.
