Reader's POV:

 I've always enjoyed my acting career and all that it's given me. I am on the show Cheers. I adore all my coworkers and others working on the show. I've never been happier!

 But just because I'm a successful actor doesn't mean I don't have time for close friends. I've been dating my best friend, Adam for a while. We've known each other since we were kids. He's just the man cutest out there. No movie star could ever match. He has also started a band with some of our friends too and they've been pretty successful.

 His rap name is MCA which I think is strange but I don't mind. It's not a reason to hate him and I'll still always love him. But I've been thinking to myself, he might be the one. I've never seen someone who could be so beautiful yet so relaxing. He's just so adorable sometimes. I'm just so crazy over him and he loves it.

 Adam invited me on a date today a famous, fancy restaurant. He never usually does this to me. I wonder why. I'm a little worried and nervous. I've known him for so long, why do I feel this way?

I got up to the restaurant and saw Adam waiting in a booth next to the window. He looked like he was fiddling with something... I looked like a box. I was quickly snapped out of my thoughts when one of the employees grabbed my attention. I told them I was sitting with Adam and they sat me down with him. 

 He looked up at me and his eyes immediately lit up. And he frantically hid what he was playing around with. I chuckled and said hello. 

"Hey, Adam," I said looking at what he was wearing. He wore a tuxedo and a blue tie, so fancy! "nice outfit."

"I could say the same thing to you, (Y/N)!" he said back to me. I blushed, after all these years I still blush whenever he compliments me.

"This place rather nice! It has very expensive food too." I said as I looked over the menu.

"Well, only the best for the best person in the world." He said. Damn, that was cheesy. But I giggled at his remark and continued to look over the menu. I was a little nervous but for some reason, Adam seemed even more nervous. was he going to tell me something important? I could only guess. But what was that something? I tried to think about the present and not the future for now. However, I was just s curious, I had to ask him. 

"What's the matter? You seem nervous?" I asked.

"(Y/N), I wanted to tell you something..." MCA said. My heart sank immediately. My heart was pounding, what is he going to tell me. 

"Well spill it, I'm all ears," I said trying to be as calm as possible.

He took out the box he was fiddling with before and opened it. There was a diamond ring inside and I gasped. Was he actually proposing?

"(Y/N), I've known you since we were kids..." by now the whole restaurant was looking at us. "I've loved you my entire life, now will you marry me?" He asked. 

"Yes, a million times yes!" I squealed and he put the ring on my ring. I hugged him and we swung around. The whole restaurant clapped for us and we kissed. I was finally forever with the man of my dreams.

This was probably the best day of my entire life!
