well guarded like the Roman City.
But deep down there is an abyss,
where all tears and fears are sealed.
Never taught to love,
never was loved enough to have fought,
to have fought her fears,
she was constantly wiping tears.
Many people surrounded her,
but no one knew her.
Many said she was an ally,
all she saw were friends with benefits.
On the outside, she lacks a sense of pathos,
the sorrows in which she grows,
the sorrow that was her own.
The only thing she ever claimed.
That is all they ever gave.
On the outside, she never frowns and never sheds a tear.
She always smiled, all were ignorant of her fears.
But one thing is clear:
Never judge a book by its cover.
This book looked daring and interesting.
While all her pages were tearing.
In the inside, she knows all about the pathos,
the sorrow in which she grows,
the sorrow was all her own.
The sorrow that she never borrowed.
The sorrow that was in her heart's barrow.
The only one who had heard these fears,
the only one who had ever counted her tears,
was God and her pillow.
Who knows the sorrow?
She knew of her countless sins,
it troubled her within.
She knew of her own evil,
she knew she is the advocate of the devil.
She never said she was a saint.
But she did tried to cover it up,
smiles and laughter were the best paint.
At night,
she was a horrible sight.
Her clothes were soaked,
in her own tears she choked.
Her fears were knocking on her door,
her fears were crashing her walls,
the walls of Diamond she built,
she built guarding her heart.
