Chapter 11 - Trust Her

A auburn haired girl stares in shock as she locks gazes a golden hair girl staring at her not moving an inch.

Lily looks back from where she was holding the auburn haired girl against a wall and snickers, "shocked right? Goldilocks not helping you"

"Why...Goldie..." The auburn haired girl says struggling to breathe

Goldie stares still not moving her eyes emotionless as she stares.

Slowly the auburn haired girls breathing slows to a stop by a golden dragon designed dagger

Lily drops her and sighs wiping her hands on her pants before walking away patting Goldie on the shoulder

As Lily disappears from the scene Goldie walks towards the auburn haired girl

The auburn haired girl eyes seemed to still shine with understanding and pain as Goldie runs her hand over a hair strand before moving to close her friends eyes

"Oh Selia...I'm so sorry..." Goldie whispers before walking away

Y/N's POV

"Excuse me" I turn to face a stranger that was reading his book on a bench outside, "do you know where I can find a Top Gang Member?"

The boy studies me narrowing his eyes , "why are you asking that?"

"I have to ask them something." I reply as he simply narrows his eyes more somehow

"Minjae is usually on the top of the building at this time." He says after a while and I nod thanking him before starting to run towards the building to the stairs.

I easily dodge people and obstacles. Whenever I ran it felt like I was on instincts and I was invincible. It was a strange feeling but quite useful whenever I needed to get somewhere but it was quite crowded or if something like a car was about to hit me.

It happened.

Anyways, I finally reach the top of the stairs and walk outside to the top of the building squinting at the sudden light.

I look around and spot a figure to the left of me staring at me.

He had red hair and eyes that shone with amusement, surprise, and friendliness.

He was friendly.

Great.

His whole body even showed it

Friendliness literally spilled out from this boy.

I don't even know if that's a good thing or bad yet.

I walk towards him as he stands up from his spot and brushes his pants down as I stop about four block tiles from him.

"Are you Minjae?" I ask as his face expression turns more amused

"Unless there's another more famous Minjae." He responds as I narrow my eyes

Before I could speak, I feel another presence behind me but before I could even turn around, I feel myself kicked in the side and I fall blinking in surprise.

I look at who kicked me and meet the familiar gaze.

This was the person who guided me to Minjae.

And that wasn't it.

He was reading a book so I didn't care much before but now..

I recognized him.

He was the first person I met here.
